I’ve bought a few orders from World of Chillies and I think they are absolutely fantastic and very informative.
If I've ever had any issues with any plugs or plants a quick email to Sarah and all is sorted very quickly.
Can’t recommend enough 🙂

Been ordering with no problem for years. Suddenly this year the problems started with ordering. I was charged 3 x my order. Sarah did arrange refunds for the 2 extras payments. Been waiting for delivery of my pre order plugs for over 2 months. Initially responded to an email asking when I would get my delivery. Said had been dispatched a few weeks previously but would sent another lot. Haven't received anything and no response to recent emails.

Did another order and received very quickly. Plants are very healthy.

After 10 years of loyal custom with no problems i received £40 of frost dammaged plants.

After initial contact i received a message all in caps saying replacments would be dispatched asap.

That was 4 weeks ago and I've had zero response from replying to the email (twice) the web form and ig.

All the plants are now on the compost heap - i am a v expirienced profesional gardener with over 40 yrs expirience.

This is such a shame as this has always been my go to company and highly recomended to friends.

After making the purchase, I found the Trustpilot reviews, which made me nervous.

My order, however, arrived without any problems.

I was satisfied with the packaging and the ease of transferring the plants to the plant pots.

I will gladly buy from you again if I need any plant that you have.

Order placed but nothing received yet. Have asked for a refund.
Seller agreed to refund and items had NOT been despatched.
Changing to 3 stars (neutral).

Have had mixed luck. The plants have been great but the customer service is lacking. Several times orders have either not been fulfilled or very late. Still waiting on an order and no response to 4 emails regarding this. Very disappointing.

I really don't understand why all the negative reports.
All my plants have grown well and I have tomatoes and chillies beautifully growing and "producing far too much"
Look to how you are growing them as they need specific light and warmth especially if you are growing any in the early part of the year.
They give excellent info on cultivation of each species.

Ordered some plugs 2 months ago - Took my money and never delivered them, i've had no response to my emails and no contact at all.

avoid this company.

2 plants delivered that are just fine and appear to be what was ordered. The other 2 plants are definitely NOT Pimento de Patron as ordered but appear to be Scotch Bonnets...... no good at all as grilled appetisers! I have emailed with my concerns but have not had the curtesy of a reply. This is the last time I spend ££ with this company.

Like chillies, her ability to deliver seems to be seasonal. I resonate with recent poor reviews.

When plants arrived one was damaged. Also leaf droop. She has a pledge to replace. So far no response.

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Seems to have some internal issues affecting her ability to deliver atm. very poor comms.

We ordered 2 sets of lucky dip chilli plants (×3) for Fathers day. We received only 1 set (on time) but the invoice for both sets. I have emailed them via their website twice asking for the second set that was never sent without any reply. I would definitely not advise to order through their website.

Still no response. It seems that they provide a good service sometimes, but other times there is no response when they fail to even send out the product. Caution to the 5-star reviewers: with time you may be caught out like the other 1-star reviewers. And I’m not even sure if I can believe reviews saying “I got in touch with them and it was resolved”, because in my experience there is no response to any email or website-based complaint.

I’ve ordered seeds and plugs with them before and was really pleased. However, I placed an order with them at the back end of May and I have received nothing. I’ve e-mailed using the online form 3 times now and no reply. Despite using them before I feel as though I have been scammed. I understand that they might not be able to fulfil orders but they should at least communicate with customers and provide appropriate refunds! I noticed on the contact us page that it says “call us on” and the telephone number had been removed. Terrible customer service.

Previously good products and service. This time one of two preordered deliveries (from November) worth over £40 just didn't arrive. No replies to emails (info@ address and via site). Very disappointed.

Not sure what is up with the reviews on here. Placed an order and received it within 48hrs. Everything was even better than I expected it to be. Plants were a good size and all in very good condition, probably the best I have received from a mail order purchase. Lots of instructions on what to do with them and I also bought the Ranchero Kit which had everything you need to get started, well worth the price.

Super happy with the chocolate habanero I recieved. I ordered it on Sunday and it was shipped the next day. I can't believe I didn't out about worldofchillies eariler in the season. The plant was much bigger than plants recieved from other places for the same price. I repotted it on arrival and it has grown like crazy in just a week. I even recieved a scotch bonnet plug plant for free. I've already made another order from them, super happy I found this website.

I used the company two years ago and the service was fine. This year I placed an order for £35 worth of goods and got 4 packets of seeds worth £5. Despite repeated emails I have had no response.
I like to support small companies but in this case a service improvement is needed.
DO NOT USE

I have used World of Chillies for several years and would recommend them, the plants/plugs are top quality, if you order early in the year the website does explain they won't be sent out until April, May time as they wait until they're strong enough! Excellent company.

Update-yesterday after writing this review I received my latest order, inside was a broken plant, I let world of chillies know, today I received 2 replacements and a freebie , yet again excellent customer service 😀

Not sure why so many bad reviews. I ordered 6 chilli plugs which arrived on time but one was dead. I emailed Sarah and got 6 new chilli plants within days. Top marks for customer service.

After placing an order in December 2022, I got an automated message saying that the order has been processed.

Never received the seeds nor got a honest feedback regarding my order.

They keep on sending me promotional emails, have a very good presence on social media, but do not reply to my emails regarding my order.

VERY DISAPOINTED
