This is the third time I have bought from Worldofchillies. Mixed bag of results first and second times.
This time I have 6 plugs from them that were not good on arrival and I believe will not survive. No contact telephone number and they do not respond to email or their web contact form.
Will be off to look for some healthy plants locally
Will not be buying from these guys again.

Honest , yes , disgraceful service , delivery awful if non existent, . Customer service worst I’ve ever had to review , . 3 weeks sooner my order should have arrived, commonly classed as fraud , because they have willingly taken my money with no goods supplied.Avoid this company totally!!!!

Ordered 6 chilli plugs before reading the reviews. After reading them I was absolutely dreading it. But, I must say I was pleasantly surprised. From ordering to delivery it took 9 days (a bit longer than i would have liked), 6 chilli plugs arrived in healthy condition and well packaged. Free book as advertised along with a free sachet of seaweed feed and a free chilli plug! As people have mentioned communication is very poor. I got the initial invoice after ordering but no dispatch details. I emailed asking when I would receive my order but as of yet I am still to get a reply, I also sent a message using their online contact form but to no avail.

In 2021 I had a batch of chilies from this company and they were very successful. In 2022 I ordered another batch (8 small plants) 3 have survived. I also ordered some Mexican and Thai herbs, which have never arrived. I have contacted the company twice on their website and no reply. How do you communicate with this company?

I only wish other retailers were this good, thank you!

For such a small order I was quite amazed to find I had been given free seeds for subscribing and a very useful book on how to grow chillies.

The seeds are germinating well, looking forward to trying the different varieties at harvest this year.

Gutted they no longer send to Europe after brexit. Have ordered plants for years and got first of the season which has always made for a really good harvest. Always really big plugs and not all leggy like so many companies. Now I'll have to get my sister to bring order and bring over when she comes.

I've dabbled with growing hot varieties of chillies for years with limited success. This year I ordered some plugs as well as some coir (never used before) from world of chillies. All plants arrived healthy and have thrived. I now have more chillies than i've ever had before. all were different varieties yet all plants are absolutely laden with chillies! very impressed and will be using again!

2020 I purchased in 2 batches of 5 plants each and when one plant didn't survive after the first week (these things happen), it was promptly replaced with sincere apologies.

2021 I ordered again but earlier than the previous year and received healthy plants as promised by the middle of April. So happy with the quality and excellent friendly communication with Sarah / Team I ordered a few of the larger plants from their final stock a few weeks ago which are already in flower.

I'll be back in 2022. Thanks

Do not buy from this company. Placed and paid for trio of chillie plants plus 1 other chilli plant. Yes they arrived 2021, 1 completely damaged, sent 2 emails asking for replacement, heard nothing. Very poor

I have ordered a total 8 plants / plugs and the plug plant starter kit and I am very happy with delivery times and quality of plants. These were across 2 orders and each order came with a freebie plug/plant for which I am grateful. All are doing very well and my Oranmge Tyger is currently in flower. All have been moved onto 8 litre poly pots with saucers. I think this is their very, very busy time and so email and phone replies will take longer as this is a small business.

No customer service. Dont answer emails phone calls etc. Quick to take your money with no product sent.
Very disappointing. It's really not a way to run a business.

All plants were in good condition and transplanted well. A booklet with tons of information was included and some free plant feed. Unfortunately one plant died, but Sarah responded to my email fast and agreed to send a replacement out ASAP. Only thing that could have been improved was the lack of parcel tracking. Other than that, very good.

I recieved my chillies today just 3 days after ordering.
They were perfectly packaged and very healthy plants. All plants clearly labled for easy identification.
A free plant a growing booklet and a small sachet of chilli food.
I would use this company again, no hesitation.

My order arrived on time BUT, three items ( including the most expensive) was missing. The rest of the items were so mixed up I have no confidence in the list on the package sheet. No telephone contact number and no reply to two e-mails. Don't use their contact sheet. I am not going to let this go. If I can't get a response I will involve Paypal. Oh, and thanks for the freebie.

Ordered chilli plants from world of chillis, and as suggested on the website they arrived within 5 working days. Plants are beautiful, well packaged and healthy (denting on the box obviously happened in transit but the plants were so well packaged they weren't affected). And a little freebie plug too. I am over the moon, can't recommend highly enough!

Very poor plants. None of which lasted more than 24 hrs after delivery.
Appalling customer service. The lack of a phone number gives you a clue. Online form doesn’t work. Emails are not responded to. £30 wasted.
Read the reviews on here and ask yourself are the 5 star ones just lucky? There are far more reputable companies.

I ordered several different items from World of Chillies. Three plugs and one plant arrived some time ago. The delivery note said seeds had been posted but have never arrived not has thexrdsf of my order.
The phone number on the website appears not to work, no response to enquiries through the website not to a direct email. Am now going to contact "Which?" For advice.

Overall disappointing experience with these guys on two occasions, (and I gave them a second chance after the first!)

As per other poor reviews, biggest gripe is communication. Problems are fine if they are dealt with, but complete radio silence is unacceptable and the final nail.

Last year I ordered plugs, and what I recieved did not turn out as I ordered, obviously mixed up (and that's not me mixing them up, completely different variates recieved than ordered!) I may as well have just asked for a lucky dip.

This year I got abit more ahead of the game and thought I would give them a go again and ordered seeds. These came nicely packaged and fair play to them, dispatch times generally seem very good, there is someone at the other end of the line clearly, they just never look at or ignore emails.

I've had germination issues with these seeds however, and although Chinense chillies can indeed be difficult, I successfully germinated home saved seed in the same propagator/same conditions with significant ease. Germination rates on those purchased fresh were approx 30% vs 90% home saved. I sent an email asking for advice and if I was indeed doing something wrong but again, complete silence from them, and I am writing this several weeks later.

Its a shame, because their selection is far more intriguing than other chilli growers online, but I'll be finding a different supplier for next year.

Came within 6 days of ordering, nice healthy plants. Poor communication on dispatch would be my only gripe.

Excellent service. Great prices and will definitely use again. A free Chilli plug too ….. Can’t ask for more.
