Similar experience to several others on here (yes, I wish I'd read the reviews first).... what was delivered was pretty poor quality.
Chipped edges, two corners bashed, scratches across the surfaces.
Basically what has been been delivered is useless and certainly not worth the cost. I would have been better off renting a saw and cutting the wood myself.

Everything as ordered, just a small order for some shelves. Takes a little while to arrive, but then, it’s being custom made. A lot easier and more accurate than trying to do it myself.

I've used this company before to buy wood sheets as a solid base for my sculptures. They come in all shapes and sizes and the quality is excellent. On this occasion my order didn't arrive - a delivery issue, not a supply issue - but woodsheets immediately offered to honour my order and send me replacements. The person I spoke to was apologetic (even though it wasn't the company's fault) and helpful. I would certainly recommend them for product quality and excellent customer service.

After a promising start, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received.
My initial delivery was missing a piece of wood. When I reported this, the missing piece was eventually sent out, but it arrived in the wrong size - a second significant error on the same order.
To make matters worse, the replacement was packaged in the most ridiculous way I have ever seen. A massive flat cardboard box was used, but the small piece of wood wasn't even placed inside it - it was simply slotted into the outside fold of the cardboard and held on with a single strip of tape. An absurd waste of packaging that offered no protection whatsoever.
I had also forgotten to include one piece in my original order. After the missing item issue, I requested a gesture of goodwill (waiving the delivery charge on this forgotten piece), which was agreed to in exchange for writing a review.
However, when the wrong-sized replacement arrived, I contacted John again to explain the situation and requested a further gesture of goodwill given the multiple errors. Despite sending two follow-up emails - including one requesting whether delivery could be waived on one final piece I needed - John completely ignored my messages.
I ended up using another company for my last piece of wood as I had no confidence in receiving either the correct item or any response.
I would not recommend this company. While they offer a service that few others provide, the poor quality control, wasteful practices, and complete lack of communication when things go wrong make them difficult to deal with.

I received exactly what I ordered, on time. HIghly satisfied.

Didn’t deliver. Chased up . Still didn’t deliver , now saying I need to wait 14 days for a refund . Avoid

Still waiting on our order to be delivered, I emailed and have had a response but this isnt good enough, going into the third week now. Very little information given within the response email and status is back to process and packaging. Not Happy.

Update: after response to my review from Chris, ive tried to contact you several times today and have left my contact details. I tried the WhatsApp link to no avail. I just want to know when will I receive my order? Has it been dispatched? As your website still says in progress, nothing about being dispatched.

Ordered a couple of things on an express delivery, this “express delivery” took an entire week to arrive, and when it arrived the sheets had footprints & marks all over them. The edges were badly chipped & I had to buy all the material again from elsewhere, costing me hundreds of pounds. All my emails were completely ignored and I spoke to various people at the company on the phone over the week who fobbed me off with a plethora of lies about the status of my order and showed no interest in helping me. I highly doubt I will ever get my refund for the delivery costs. An absolute shambles of a company, would NEVER order from them again. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered after measuring up for pipe coverings. The sheets were well constructed, cut exactly to size and fitted together well. Prices reasonable and arrived in good time.

I ordered four shelves with express delivery. A week later, there was still no sign of the goods and no communication from the supplier. After chasing, I was informed that one shelf had failed a quality control check, was being remade, and that I would receive a tracking number from the warehouse shortly.
Three days later, I still have no tracking information, no goods delivered, and complete silence from WoodSheets. I have requested to cancel the order and receive a refund, but I am still waiting for confirmation.
Very disappointed.

UPDATE: Thanks to Chris, part of my order finally arrived — the shelves (though one was damaged, likely due to courier mishandling). However, the brackets I paid for are missing. I’ve contacted WoodSheets via email and WhatsApp to confirm whether they shipped separately or if they will send them today. Still waiting for a clear response.

Excellent service, bought some wood cut to size to box in my boiler pipes, good quality, fast delivery and 3x cheaper than anywhere else!

Similarly stressful experience to most people here, it seems. Have asked for a refund but I’m not expecting good news (currently radio silence). As I was on a deadline I paid £20 for express delivery but the order wasn’t dispatched until 12 days later, so had to buy all the wood from somewhere else while I waited. Now it has turned up and I don’t need it anymore.

Ordered some MDF for express delivery last, based on the delivery date being yesterday. Website still shows the order as "Processing: Stock Allocated" on Monday, so I attempted to cancel the order.

The cancellation email address listed on their website doesn't work (email address not found), and the cancellation web form listed returns a 404 error. Tried ringing - gave up after 40 minutes waiting on call.

Thankfully I paid via PayPal, so have now raised it as a case with them for refund.

EDIT: Also - just checked the website after writing this review, and the order is still showing as "Processing: Stock Allocated" - after the time it should have been delivered.

I paid for 'express delivery' and I am still waiting a week later. The 'track your delivery' does not work as it insists that you are putting in 'invalid' information, and doesnt work. In desperation I rang. I was given the option of 'sales' or 'customer services' and picked the latter. 40 minutes later I gave up waiting as my daughter required my attention.
Once that was sorted, I rang again. Being the cynic that I am, I decided that I would opt to speak to 'sales' rather than customer services, on the assumption that they would probably be more inclined to answer it.
Thirty two seconds later, my assumption proved correct.
My order was chased....sorta kinda, and he said 'I will look into it and be in touch'. I double checked that they had my correct email and phone number and warned that I would ring again tomorrow if I didnt hear in the meantime. Watch this space!!!

Edit: I have now received a dispatch notification. Better late than never I guess.

I would strongly recommend using someone else if you want any custom cut wood. I placed a custom cut order in August and was advised this would be delivered within 10-14 days. After many emails and phone calls to find out where the order was it eventually arrived in October and had been cut incorrectly! Upon requesting the order was sent again correctly they were happy to do so (which is the only positive about the whole experience) however mid November and many more emails, I am still waiting for the correct order to be delivered.

I wish I’d checked on Trustpilot before ordering from these guys. The other reviews I read are a fair description of the service. My order is late and they do not reply to enquiries. Now worried about the quality of their work. I’ll update my review once I receive my order ( hopefully).
