DB Wider Fit Shoes Omdömen

Thanks to the Staff, especially Sue. We arrived late for our appointment, due to sat nav problems. However, the fitting Staff were very courteous and did their best to ensure that my husband was fitted and cared for well. He selected several pairs of slippers and shoes for his difficult shaped foot, due to a large lump on one side. So far only one pair have to be returned, due to slight issue. Very simple to return within the 14 day window, and he is extremely happy with the overall Result.

Customer service is excellent if there are any shoe problems.

This is our first visit to DB shoes. First you have to book an appointment, that may sound a bit of a commitment and a faff, but you do get get one hour of the nice ladies attention to your self. They are very knowledgable about there wide fit products, you can try on a many shoes as you like. We tried on size 5 and 6 sizes as there are no 1/2 sizes. We left with a pair of boots and trainers. They are averagely priced and if you are not off the shelf with wide or deep feet they are the shop for you. Can’t praise them enough!

I visited with an appointment on 14.9.26. The two ladies were so good. I explained the problems i was having with my feet and walking. Although my feet are narrow and the back of the heel very narrow they were able to sort out a choice of possibilities. So kind in showing me how best to wear them and loosen them as the day goes on. I did not feel hurried and the quiet atmosphere was also very helpful indeed. I bought 3 pairs and at present am trying them out at home under the 14 day return policy. So far so brilliant. Thank you. Lorraine

The whole experience was excellent. The expert staff measured my feet to find the exact fit.
They explained the size codes and options on each style of shoe. ( and trainers, I went back for another visit soon after my first purchase ) I will be a regular customer from now on.

Travelled from Bristol to the fitting centre in Rushden. Was well worth the visit for both my son and myself. My son has a wide foot and finds it difficult to find a comfortable shoe. Due to the wide selection at the fitting centre and the expertise of the staff, he was able to find a pair of comfortable wide fitting shoes. Similarly, due to wearing prescription orthotics I have always found it difficult to get a good fitting shoe. We were both satisfied with the service and competitive pricing. Would highly recommend DB Shoes and will use them for our future purchases.

Having felt miserable about buying shoes for a few years now, I made the journey to Rushden to DB’s fitting centre…what a treat! 🤩
I found a wide range of styles and sizes to choose from and, as if that wasn’t enough, they had the kindest and most considerate ladies to help and advise…I am only cross with myself because I can’t remember their names so I could give them a mention.
It was a brilliant experience, I bought a pair of boots, some trainers and court shoes and will actually look forward to going again. Thank you

So relieved to find comfortable and attractive shoes after successful foot operation that has left my foot swollen (which surgeon says will persist for months)
Lovely personal service, calm and unhurried, so I was able to find shoes that do the job and look good.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The guidance and advice was very clear and useful. I will certainly come here again for further purchases and would definitely recommend.

Friendly knowledgeable staff and comfortable shoes and boots.

My wife has troublesome feet, which often means unsatisfactory visits to shoe shops.

However a visit to DB Shoes this week, and within half an hour, we walked out with three pairs of shoes.

Yes you have to make an appointment, but it does mean that you get undivided attention from the two very helpful female assistants who were both professional, yet very friendly, so both my wife and I recommend this place highly.

I was looking for a u.k. based footwear company and D.B fitted the bill. Having a foot problem I realised I needed a deeper toe and wider fit shoes, I measured my feet and ordered Benjamin shoes on line, they have arrived promptly and absolutely fit perfectly, I shall in future be ordering any other new shoes from DB.

The service I received from Sue @ DB Wider Fit, Rushden, was excellent, and I can recommend anyone struggling to find shoes to wear with an orthotic brace to make this company their first port of call. Sue was very patient, polite and professional, and I was extremely pleased with my purchase of suitable shoes.

Good shoes and good communication. My only criticism is the way they handled the poor delivery service from Royal Mail. The shoes were delayed by two weeks. I ended up having to liaise with Royal Mail and collect them from the delivery office. I understand that under consumer law, the seller is supposed to resolve delivery issues not the purchaser. Was a real hassle.

I found this excellent company after searching online for shoes that would fit my swollen foot after a hip operation. Their free returns policy until you get the exact fit set them apart from other online companies. Their after sales Services is first class. I had an issue with the colour fastness of a loafer shoe which was resolved to my satisfaction within the week.

Had an appointment today and the service from the staff was excellent, very helpful ,informative and friendly. Came away with 2 pairs . Would highly recommend 👌

I can only wear the previous zip up trainers I bought from you with the zips on the outside when someone is here to do the left one up as I couldn't reach it as I can't use my left hand.Thank you, thank you, thank you! The inside zip is perfect, I 've been looking for some like this for years. Perfect fit and so comfortable, I've just ordered another pair in a different colour

Fab service every visit. The staff are great and I feel at ease putting myself into the capable hands of these lovey ladies, the knowledge and advice they offer has me leaving with the perfect fitting pair every time. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the time and effort they put in. Sue & Karen, me and my poor old feet thank you from the bottom of our soles 🙂
