Widest shoes still too narrow for mum's feet so had to return. Loved the shoes though and she's now down to just one pair!

Was going to order a few pairs of £69 slippers for a few residents, however they want £5,99 delivery charge so i phoned a shop that sells Cosy feet products and they told me they can place an order to be delivered to their shop for free , however the lady stated that no delivery date could be given as "cosyfeet send them when they feel like it & i am stiil waiting 2 weeks for a customers order ",
Well no thanks cosy feet there are plenty of other firms selling slippers so i will spend my money there and not with you. i will be sure to let all my social media contacts know too.

A great choice of slippers, which my Mum is delighted with. Chose a pair called ‘Hannah’ as that’s my name - think I found it funnier than Mum did. Great service and well communicated delivery.

These slippers are really comfortable and supportive as well as looking nice. No wonder they were out of stock when I first tried to order but the email arrived to tell me they were back in stock and I ordered immediately and return just 48 hours later

I'm new to Cosyfeet. Two separate orders arrived promptly and happy with both. No probs whatsoever (which is rare with companies nowadays!)

I bought the extra wide boots as i have swollen feet and they go straight on they are very comfortable and made a big difference to me.

Ordered some sandals & shoes for swollen feet. Good choice of not too frumpy looking footwear. Quite expensive but they fit well.

The sandals ordered fitted well and were comfy but the soles were far too slippy on carpet for the elderly or anyone with mobility problems. Their Terms & Conditions are:

I had to chase up the refund as I didn't receive a confirmation email after 7 days (not immediate) and was told by Samantha they don’t send confirmation of a refund, why?!

The order on line and delivery was excellent. However I was a little disappointed that the shoes were made in Spain and not GB. In spite of this the fit an quality was superb.

The gel foot pads were of good quality however I found them to be slightly tight & uncomfortable to wear all day. Personally I think the underneath pad could be slightly longer but overall not bad.

Manual pedal exerciser from DeVilbiss not fit for purpose! This pedal exerciser is listed as useful for elderly people to use BUT the foot straps are too short for swollen feet even on the slightly longer hole (there are only two hole options). I contacted both the manufacturer and Cosyfeet but neither could offer a solution. Given that the pedals are permanently fixed on it’s not possible to add your own longer straps either! Cosyfeet should list the maximum length of the foot straps and the manufacturer could easily make the straps longer.
