Mixed results for wide-fit trainers
Yesterday, I received the Tempo trainers in navy suede and the Drama trainers in gold weave.
The Tempo trainers are perfect as they accommodate my wide feet. However, the Drama trainers are tight and definitely not a wide fit. The Russell and Bromley lace -less Park-up trainers are wider.
I will be keeping the Tempo trainers and returning the Drama trainers, which is a shame, as they look very smart. I hope Solebliss will take these comments into consideration and make them wider in future to truly accommodate those people who have wide feet.

They are without a doubt the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. No break in period and no blisters. They look super cute too. So happy I have discovered this brand.

Having bought one pair of loafers from…
Having bought one pair of loafers from Sole Bliss, which seemed fairly acceptable, although very expensive for what they are, I bought a second pair in the same style, but a different colour.
Sadly, this was a mistake as I had not then worn the first pair for more than an hour or so.
The second pair turned out to be far from acceptable, although it was not until I wore them for a whole day that I realised how hard and unforgiving the uppers actually are.
I complained to the company, but the response was that I should have bought a different size.
I have had them stretched, but even that does not stop them rubbing.
The quality of both the shoes and the customer service reaction leave much to be desired and I would not consider buying from them again.

Our loafers are crafted from top-quality leathers and are, by design, a more structured shoe in order to hold their shape and stay on the foot. With wear, the leather does break in and mould to the shape of your foot. However, if the fit is right from the start, you shouldn't experience any painful rubbing.
Since our shoes are handmade, different pairs of the same style can have minor variations in fit, which is why we always recommend properly trying on every pair – even if you've had that style before. We offer a 30 day period to try shoes on a carpeted area for an extended period of time to ensure they are comfortable and the right fit before wearing them outside. If you experience any discomfort during this trial period, our Customer Care Team are always happy to help you explore different sizes or styles to find the perfect fit.
We genuinely regret that this pair didn't work out for you.

Unfortunately only lasted five months…
Unfortunately only lasted five months and now have a hole in the sole! When I contacted the company to make them aware they basically said it was my fault for wearing them everyday and I found them to be quite rude. At £200 a pair I couldn’t buy two pairs initially. This is an update to a five star review that I previously left which is a shame as I really did love the shoes.

Poor quality construction and shoddy…
Poor quality construction and shoddy quality control. The insoles were wrinkled and failed to cover the whole footbed. For shoes that cost £199 and is named Sole Bliss, its failed.

We reviewed the photos you sent and the returned shoes. The slight wrinkles you noticed in the leather of the footbed can sometimes occur with handmade leather products. While we understand this wasn't what you expected at this price point, this is a minor cosmetic characteristic on the inside of the shoe that wouldn't be visible when wearing and wouldn't impact the comfort or quality of the trainers. We were unable to identify any issue with the insole coverage in either the photos or the returned product.
We offered you an exchange for a replacement pair to resolve your concerns, but we understand you preferred a refund, which we processed for you.
We're sorry these didn't meet your expectations, and we do hope you'll give us another chance in the future.

Lola flats
I ordered a pair of Lola flat shoes in pink. Beautiful looking shoes but they creak really badly when wearing with no socks. I was told that they are ok with socks, but they are not meant to be worn with socks.
I complained and was sent another pair with just the same horrible creaking noise. Warning - do not buy these Lola shoes if you want to go without socks!
My experience has unfortunately put me off Sole Bliss shoes.

Creaking can sometimes occur with leather shoes, particularly when worn without socks, as it's caused by friction between the leather and your foot or between different parts of the shoe. Slight moisture from your feet can also sometimes make the shoes squeak. This is a characteristic that can happen with natural leather products rather than a fault, though we completely understand how frustrating it can be.
We offered you another exchange or a full refund to resolve this, and we're sorry you decided not to take us up on that offer. We genuinely regret that these particular shoes didn't work out as you'd hoped, especially as you've been happy with other Sole Bliss shoes in the past. We do hope you'll give us another chance in the future.

“Summit” trainers & “Wonder” boots
My Sister surprised me with a pair of Sole Bliss leather & shearling boots with grippers, “Wonder”, for Christmas & knew I loved them, so alerted me to the leather & shearling trainers with grippers, “Summit”, being in the sale. I own too many pairs of trainers already & didn’t need another pair so I dithered & missed the damson ones & ended up with yet another black pair. However, they certainly didn’t disappoint, even though I haven’t had the opportunity to use the grippers yet which is the bit I was obsessing about having already used my “Wonder”boots in the ice. They arrived quickly & are very comfortable - very happy! Although I hate the Winter, the grippers built into the soles certainly give me a sense of security of staying upright in snow & ice!

Good customer service
I recently purchased the libra shoe through the Sole Bliss website. I purchased it for the purpose of having a good quality shoe that is comfortable for work. The sizing was perfect, however, it hurt the back of my upper heal and the shoe wasn’t for my feet. I emailed their customer service and they quickly responded and offered a refund immediately. Their shoe quality is great. From now on, I will reach out to customer service for advice to find the correct shoe for me as they offer a variety of styles.

Not suitable for everyone
I feel that the trainers do not suit everyone with bunions. For me, they are the most uncomfortable shoes that I have ever had. I even bought some shoe stretchers, which helped a bit, but the internal seam still rubs my bunion red raw. The toe box is supposed to be wide enough to accommodate bunions, sadly not mine (and it's not particularly big). I guess it depends on the length of your big toe/position of toe joint etc. Everyone is different. I really love the style, but sadly they're not comfortable for me.

This means that, unfortunately, not every style will work for everyone.
That's why we offer a 30 day period to try shoes on a carpeted area to ensure they are fully comfortable, and our Customer Care Team is always happy to provide personalised recommendations on which styles might work better for your specific foot shape, as every style fits differently. I wasted $200 on a pair of high heels…
I wasted $200 on a pair of high heels because they were apparently “on sale” so I had only 14 days to return them—and I had a good friend who also likes beautiful shoes and thought maybe they would fit her. Too big for me, too small for her, and because I was outside the window, when their “courtesy” exchange came back and was still too big for comfort, I was S.O.L. as far as any further exchange or refund. This put me off buying from this company online. When you are buying shoes and cannot try them on, on the spot, it’s hard to get the correct size within 14 days, especially if you happen to live in Hawaii. :) So I will never again shop this brand online, though I had high hopes for the quality and comfort.

Our sale items do carry a 14-day return period due to their discounted nature, as opposed to our 30-day return period for full-priced items. We are normally unable to accept returns or exchanges after this period, however we understood your frustration in trying to find the right size from Hawaii, so we offered an exchange as a gesture of goodwill. We're genuinely sorry the second pair still didn't work out for you, but unfortunately we weren't able to offer further exchanges or refunds beyond that point.
We recommend contacting our Customer Care Team for detailed sizing advice before purchase, particularly for international customers where delivery times are longer. We also recommend ordering full-price items when possible, as these come with our standard 30-day return period which provides more time to find the perfect fit.

I don't have bunions but I do have wide and sensitive feet and Sole Bliss shoes have been a godsend. I can comfortably wear smart work shoes for 12-hour shifts without any pain for the first time in many years. Easy returns and helpful customer services. Thank you Sole Bliss - I'm a convert!

"Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain"
Where do I begin? I've been buying from Sole Bliss for 5 or 6 years. I've noticed the quality decline every single time. Most recently I have had to send an order back twice for an exchange (placed after they sent me a £20 voucher because they apparently "missed me" as a customer) because they did not arrive in pristine condition. When I emailed them about this, they tried to gaslight me by saying this was fine and didn't affect the quality of the product. On what planet? How are you gonna charge £189 for a pair of shoes that don't arrive pristine? On top of that, it's been a whole week since my exchange was delivered and I've received no emails and no new product. It's also particularly funny to me that they reply to every review saying to check their website reviews instead which I can only guess they are able to edit and filter. "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!" Too funny honestly. Top-notch management.

We take quality very seriously, and when you raised your concerns we investigated thoroughly. With white leather and rubber products, very subtle variations in texture and tone are completely normal. These are simply natural characteristics of the materials rather than flaws, and would be completely invisible on darker coloured shoes but may be slightly more noticeable, upon very close inspection, on pure white products.
We can assure you that our manufacturing process has not changed and our shoes continue to be held to the same high quality standards. That said, we completely understand that at at the price point, customers expect perfection, and we were therefore happy to offer an exchange and subsequently a full refund.
Regarding the delay in response, our office was closed for the Christmas period, of which you were notified by automatic email. We apologise if this caused frustration.
