Our move to WESSEX INTERNET was extremely smooth and pleasant. The service and communication over the period of the installation were faultless. Katt's patient help regarding the final setting up of the ATA was remarkable, specifically as there were hearing problems due to poor reception on both mobile phone and landline. Thank you, KATT. What a refreshing change to find a business in the tech sector where you can phone up someone in customer support and (get this) actually TALK to them! Very friendly and helpful 'old-school' service, light-years beyond what I've had from one of the established internet providers over the past few years. The head of the company even came to our local village hall ahead of installing fibre optic cable in the village to talk us through the process. Brilliant.

Garden Team 5 came to install the outside part of the super fast broadband. They were brilliant. Arrived on time and did a very tidy and unobtrusive installation.

We had Garden Team 3 here to install our internet cables and they were great. They called beforehand as promised, were polite and helpful and worked really hard to get the job done quickly. Really impressed by the efficient service from Wessex so far. Thank you.

Nathan, James and Ashley installed my fibre cables today. Unfortunatley the underground option wasn't available to me- the guys who came were really helpful and discussed where the cables could go and how to minimise the impact as well as routing the cable to hide it as much as possible.

They were fast, efficient and really friendly.

Great job by Ashley and Jamie getting our cable up the track and down the drive, very polite and efficient. And PaloPalo and Jimy for getting us connected, there were issues getting us live but they persisted and got there in the end. Just waiting for our second extender to arrive.

Wessex set and maintained thereafter a high standard from the initial contact with the sales team, when Katie V. patiently and cogently answered many searching questions and I was reassured sufficiently to sign-up on the same call.

Installation was pleasingly prompt, with the assessment undertaken by James who could not have been more helpful in explaining what would be needed, taking the trouble to show me boxes and cables to perfect my understanding and discuss siting, the garden work handled with expected competence and efficiency by Garden Team 3 (Steve, Cole, Dan and Jamie) who were also readily willing to discuss choices and their merits, explain what was happening and do so always with a kind disposition, and thence final installation again undertaken by James whose skilled capability was once more much appreciated.

I am delighted with the outcome, having a fast connection, neatly installed, and undertaken timeously and well, conforming to all undertakings given.

I rang customer support as our internet was down. I spoke to Cathrine who was extremely helpful and very clearly and patiently advised me what to do and the problem was resolved swiftly. Thank you very much.

Garden Team 3 were really understanding and came up with a good plan to install our fibre optic cable from the roadside to our property. They worked at speed and very neatly, doing a professional and discreet installation in the process.

Team 5 were efficient and polite.Cable laid in garden with minimum fuss and they worked well as a team.Professional.

The experience was a disaster from beginning to end. Wessex Internet quoted far above other providers for less, then eventually dropped their fees. They had to make two appointments (3 people) to do a straightforward job, instead of one (competitor sent 1 person, 1 time). In what felt like a scam, the driver of the second appointment took a photo of a side door, then parked across a side road for an hour without ringing my doorbell or knocking on the main double doors, and then they told me I would have to pay £80 to have him back. They then forgot to collect their cables from my front yard. Their 'sustainability' drool is just an excuse to charge you more. Trooli, on the otherhand, provided a seamless experience, stress-free and trustworthy unlike this lot.

Harry and Nathan came to connect our fibre cable. They were friendly and efficient, and seem to have done a great job. Thanks guys!
