Overpriced for one,can get far cheaper…
Overpriced for one,can get far cheaper elsewhere.Aswell as advertising and speaking to staff about head collars for dogs pulling. Absolutely shocking,it’s been proven how bad they are and damaging for the dogs structure ect.

Regularly visit to buy your own brand dog and cat food. I have a loyalty card but unfortunately did not bring it along on this occasion.
Asked if my postcode could be used to access my card details - No.
Asked if I could bring my card in with the receipt to be awarded to points - No
Not sure about my loyalty as a customer going forward!

Second recent order with issues
This is my second recent online order that has been so frustrating, this time the order took over a week to be delivered but actually got shipped out and delivered unlike my last order, email confirmation but no shipped email had to phone my local wcf up because yous never reply to my emails, and to top it off my order is incorrect ordered 2 bags of heritage salmon and asparagus small breed and one of them is for puppy and junior, also on your website you cant even check your orders as when you click on it says server error, sadly this will be my last order with you guys as yous are so unreliable now!

What terrible customer service, no contact number, an AI bot that goes around in circles and no response to their enquiry page. I will move dog food supplier.
