Warehouse Aquatics Omdömen 

This looks like a scam. They used to be a reputable company and I had placed orders in the past that were delivered, however my recent order was wrong. The contact email on their website doesn't work. You will get a mail delivery failed message. I found another contact on their facebook page but got no reply.

Ordered from their website, sent an email to the email address provided and got no reply. Sent another message via another email address in their website and no reply again. Plus the web page of the items i bought (which showed them in stock) is not longer accessible
(browser gives an error).
The telephone number indicated in their website also doesn't connect.
It all looks a scam website.

Update on my previous review. After opening a case with PayPal I finally received my order, approx a month after taking my payment. No communication or apology from company. I honestly don't think I would have got my order if PayPal hadn't intervened. Appears Warehouse Aquatics is now part of Wold Animal Group, which also includes Aquagroup and Lords and Labradors. Disappointing as until recently was a really good business

Returned a air pump after 3 months use for repair as it had stopped working. Pump was delivered to them 7 weeks ago and have heard nothing. Sent email to maintenance and still no response

I purchased a £300 aquarium light from Warehouse Aquatics in July 2024. Unfortunately, after just 5-6 months of use, the light stopped working and began letting water in. I reached out to customer service, and they advised me to return the light, as it was still under warranty.

I promptly sent the item back on 11/01/2025, but since then, I have yet to receive a replacement light or a refund. I was told someone called Mackenzie was dealing with my claim. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, my emails have gone unanswered.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I’m deeply disappointed by the lack of support and communication from Warehouse Aquatics. I expected better service for a high-quality product and a company with a supposed good reputation.

Finding affordable yet reliable products for my pet has never been easier.

This shop is really good they have lots of stock for fish enthusiasts. I love the fact that here I can get larger amounts of water treatments and so it makes great sense to buy where I save a lot of money.

Ordered some Caribsea Moani Reef Rock to set up my first reef tank 😁.
Received confirmation of my order, expected delivery day & took my money.
Took the weekend off expecting to set up my tank but no delivery 😔
Tried calling, left numerous messages. Emailed a few times & been a week with no response.
Thought I'd leave this review in the hope someone from the company sees it and sends my good immediately.
Will definitely be spending my ££ with companies that actually deliver what they say, respond to customers & answer their phone/emails.
Fair to say if you're in a hurry for your items avoid like the plague 🤬
