Our staff are trained in taking card payments safely and private customer information is never stored. When you place an order with Warehouse Aquatics you are sent notification details at every stage and details of your order are always available on your account.
The majority of our parcels are sent on a tracked and signed for service, at any point we can tell you where in the World your order is and when to expect delivery. Our courier service from Parcel Force even offers text alerts and a predicted delivery window of an hour.

Warehouse aquatics have the largest stock and bets advice. Their prices are competitive. I have a 450ltr Juwel tank and get all my supplies from them. This time was more filters and a new grave cleaner. Great service, well packaged and delivered. Thank you!

Misleading description
I usually buy Tetra Pond Pellets, and have sometimes the Small pellet version for my baby fish. I noticed Warehouse Aqhatics specifying a Medium version, which I thought might suit my different sized fish. But on receiving it I saw it was the usual size-unspecific pellets. So I felt mislead by the word Medium. Price was good, and delivery.

Excellent service every time
