The concept is so great as my dog is very prone to run off chasing anything and could easily get lost, And the image of my dog that was sent to me, made up from the picture I sent in, is just so amazing that i have it as the desktop background on my computer, makes me smile everytime I see it.

No problems at all. I most like that there is no pressure to buy other things. Very honest and seem to honestly care about any question I may have. Glad I found this site.

Unauthorised payment taken without permission when activating the tag. This is a scam and they know it. They don’t ask for you to sign up, they just do it and take money without permission and make it practically impossible to cancel. I’m reporting them to my bank

Not impressed with this as when I registered the tag I thought it was free, but £4.95 was taken without any warning.
I contacted customer services and wasn’t offered a refund!

Crumb customer service is useless . Very slow response time to queries. It has taken months to get replacement tags for my dogs ( still not received) yet I am still charged for the subscription which I cannot benefit from as no tags have been sent out. I most certainly do not recommend using Crumb.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Crumb. Use my credit card details I entered to pay for postage and have charged me $9.95 x3 months. I NEVER agreed to an ongoing subscription. They also do not send emails (no email to confirm
subscription) so I was only alerted to these payments after seeing the credit card charges. Very dishonest business and despite what customer service says they will gaslight you into believing it was your error and refuse to refund. I have reported to my bank and the ACCC. I would encourage everyone to do the same.

I ordered new tags after about a years subscription. I was told to set up a payment method even though I had been paying via PayPal for a year!
After numerous emails trying to solve this i have cancelled my subscription. Im not sure what has changed but the service is now rubbish. I wouldn't recommend Crumb to anyone.

My dog is my trusted friend and as I get older, she gets older with me. I think this is a great service. I live in a senior living community, and everyone loves her, but you never know about that one person who comes in the neighborhood and this gives me that insurance that if she is lost her, she does run away, which she won't, but if she gets in the hands of the wrong people and runs away, someone will find her and scan the tag and I will be reunited with her if that does happen

I received my tag today, set it up and have had money removed from my account for a premium service I don't want. I immediately threw the tag away and deleted the app. I cannot stand companies like this and I'd like a refund of my money. This is absolutely disgusting and I'll not recommend this to anyone.

I would like to see a comparison of the features with and without the premium service. A lot of money need to know exactly what I’m getting.

Super easy to order and set up! Gives me piece of mind, should the worst happen my dog can be brought back to me.
