Car was not fit for purpose
I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Jevin. From the outset, his attitude was rude and dismissive, making what should have been a straightforward purchase unnecessarily stressful.
The car I was sold was clearly not fit for purpose. Within a short time of driving it, multiple issues became apparent that should have been identified and addressed before the sale. This raises serious concerns about the level of care and honesty involved in the process.
What’s worse, Jevin was not truthful about the repairs that had supposedly been carried out. I was assured that certain problems had been fixed, but this turned out to be untrue. It feels like I was misled just to close the sale.
Overall, I would not recommend dealing with Jevin. The combination of poor customer service, lack of transparency, and an unroadworthy vehicle made this a frustrating and costly experience. The manager Johnny should consider removing this salesman to better his business. Cannot fault Rob he was genuine and sorted Jevins appalling sale out for us.

Scam, avoid
There is a seller advertising cars on this site that is scamming customers. LA VALUE CARS or sometimes nown as LA VALUE MOTORS sold me a 4k car, i had it delivered and was told in perfect mechanical working order, within hours i noticed bad vibrations in the car. I took it to a garage and was told it was the inlet manifold needed replacing at a cost of £1683, i phoned the dealer who fobbed me off for days promising a repair, then he stopped taking my calls and messages, AVOID, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER WHO USES 3 DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND 4 DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS.
