We have invested in the most up to date payment processing available to make our site secure and safe. Our staff are trained in taking card payments safely and private customer information is never stored. When you place an order with Warehouse Aquatics you are sent notification details at every stage and details of your order are always available on your account.
The majority of our parcels are sent on a tracked and signed for service, at any point we can tell you where in the World your order is and when to expect delivery. Our courier service from Parcel Force even offers text alerts and a predicted delivery window of an hour.
All our products are fully backed by their manufacturer guarantee and if you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us unused for a full refund or exchange.

Having brought an aquarium which unfortunately arrived damaged a replacement arrived 24 hrs later .
Good value product with superb customer service from a young lady called Charley .
Would definitely recommend this company they have got it right

First 2 deliveries were unfortunately…
First 2 deliveries were unfortunately broken but I believe this was due to mishandling by the couriers. The service and response by the Warehouse Aquatics team was second to none. 3rd time lucky and got what I wanted and very pleased with the product.

I just started a new salt water tank…
I just started a new salt water tank and was shopping around like I do for a place that does reasonable prices, and I found Warehouse Aquatics. The prices for most of the items I needed were slightly lower than the others sites out there, so I decided to give them a try . I found the service to be good, and the items arrived on time. The advice I would give them if they read this is to keep the lowest prices and get the most customers. I will now buy or at least check their prices for future products I need.
