We have invested in the most up to date payment processing available to make our site secure and safe. Our staff are trained in taking card payments safely and private customer information is never stored. When you place an order with Warehouse Aquatics you are sent notification details at every stage and details of your order are always available on your account.
The majority of our parcels are sent on a tracked and signed for service, at any point we can tell you where in the World your order is and when to expect delivery. Our courier service from Parcel Force even offers text alerts and a predicted delivery window of an hour.
All our products are fully backed by their manufacturer guarantee and if you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us unused for a full refund or exchange.

Very competitive prices
I purchased a fish tank that had an issue with it, no fault of Warehouse Aquatics at all, the prices on their website were so competitive. Customer services were extremely quick to respond and very efficient, just what you need . Very impressed.

A great company to do business with
We purchased a fish tank with relevant filters, heater and light. The process was straightforward with email confirmation of our order and clearly tracked delivery. Everything went well.
We encountered a fault with the light which stopped working after a couple of days. I rang and spoke to Charlie who apologised and without hesitation offered to send a replacement light immediately. She even offered to sent it next day delivery so it was with us within 24 hours of me contacting them. Wonderful service!

Great customer service!!
I bought a Ciano 60ltr aquarium from this company and a short time after setting it up noticed the tray underneath had developed a crack.
I enquired to Warehouse Aquatics about the possibility of a replacement.
Charley was on it, enquiring to Ciano and their suppliers, who came up with the goods.
I was sent a replacement tray and throughout the process received informative, polite communication which I was very grateful for and considering the situation was not perhaps priority, I was very grateful for the continuation of progress.

Great company, great product.
I bought a fluval 107, having owned a 207and been realy pleased with it. Warehouse aquatics delivered quickly and product was a very reasonable price. Item was well packaged on delivery.
