We have invested in the most up to date payment processing available to make our site secure and safe. Our staff are trained in taking card payments safely and private customer information is never stored. When you place an order with Warehouse Aquatics you are sent notification details at every stage and details of your order are always available on your account.
The majority of our parcels are sent on a tracked and signed for service, at any point we can tell you where in the World your order is and when to expect delivery. Our courier service from Parcel Force even offers text alerts and a predicted delivery window of an hour.
All our products are fully backed by their manufacturer guarantee and if you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us unused for a full refund or exchange.

I have used Warehouse Aquatics a few times to buy various items and have always had good customer service and purchased products at competitive prices. My latest purchase was a Juwel Aquarium (only £169.99 big saving against other suppliers), which arrived today delivered as promised by DPD. It was securely packed as well. Will use Warehouse Aquatics again in the future!

Delightful staff
Delightful staff, my experience was via the phone. Competitive prices and the delivery service is second to none. I also received a phone call from W.A. after my purchase was delivered asking me if I was happy. What great service, I wholly recommend Warehouse Aquatics.

You would think that going to a retailer there would be some personal interaction, unfortunately I found that not to be the case
I found warehouse aquatics had an extensive range with up to date stock levels and the things that were out of stock they had genuine lead times which they kept to
I have even had Julie from customer services phone me up to keep me informed of orders which she did not have to do
I have been so impressed I have been back multiple times to make purchases on top of several aquarium
