Selling to the public for over five years and with an extensive knowledge of the Aquatics trade - Warehouse Aquatics is the place to shop, in fact we would say it's 'Where fish would shop' - if they could!


Why you can depend on us.

We have invested in the most up to date payment processing available to make our site secure and safe. Our staff are trained in taking card payments safely and private customer information is never stored. When you place an order with Warehouse Aquatics you are sent notification details at every stage and details of your order are always available on your account. 

The majority of our parcels are sent on a tracked and signed for service, at any point we can tell you where in the World your order is and when to expect delivery. Our courier service from Parcel Force even offers text alerts and a predicted delivery window of an hour.

All our products are fully backed by their manufacturer guarantee and if you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us unused for a full refund or exchange.

FILTER BASKET.

It was understandable to me that the item I wanted was not a commonly requested one. Your guy explained the situation and as soon as possible you told me i could order the item. It was delivered on time and is the correct one for my tank. I will come to you again if my local source does not have the item(s) I need in stock knowing I will get expert and quick service from you. I can recommend you to others as a professional and competent company. Thank you.

IUsually very happy

I ordered various fish food and a bottle of water conditioner plus light tube reflectors ( or as I thought reflectors) along with the clips to fix the reflectors to the tubes as it was not clear if the reflectors came with clips. My first disappointment was there is only one reflector in the box I ordered and for £12+ I thought that it was a little expensive for what is only a piece of plastic. And to make matters worse the clips that I purchased for said reflectors are completey useless, they are obviously for a different brand of reflector.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. From your review I gather that the majority of your issues are surrounding specific products from your order, rather than the service / experience you received from us.

I've looked into your order for you. I'm sorry to see you are disappointed with the reflectors and clips. I appreciate the reflector you chose comes at a price, but it is a genuine branded product which we have priced as low as we can and the majority of other sellers online have the same product listed between £13 and £16. I must also clarify that the description on the product page does state there is one reflector per pack for these, and also that clips are included with the product, but I have made note and we will see how we can make that information clearer in the future.

On this occasion I ordered Tetramin…

On this occasion I ordered Tetramin flaked food in 200 gr packs. Price was very competitive, ordering straightforward, and delivery made promptly as promised by Warehouse Aquatics. I will be using them again for future supplies-------- well satisfied
