I had a long wait at Bristol Temple Meads. Decided to have some breakfast. After previous disappointments thought I would give Upper Crust another try. Asked for bacon roll got a cold ham sandwich. After I had already paid. That is the third time I have not got what I asked for.

Why is your branch at Liverpool st so needlessly rude and inhumane? I buy here twice a week - I am polite, I wish everyone good evening. In return I am lucky to a vacant stare! Rude, unprofessional, inhuman service.

Big shout out to your staff who served me at York's rail station Upper crust shop today about half 11 :) He has some customer service skills, helped with selection of sandwiches with a big smile what a credit to your company !!! :)

Euston Station shop. Lemon curd muffins that were dry and had no trace of lemon never mind lemon curd. Expensive too!

Crewe train station. I was hungry and as the train was delayed I went in for a toastie and a coffee at over 8 quid I felt robbed and it wasn't even a decent toastie don't wast your money!

Was stuck because of delays in New Street Station Birmingham. Went to Upper Crust as it was the closest to where I was sitting and thought to have a try. This will be the first and last time I will buy. VERY Over priced. Very little amount of cheese and I’m guessing it was one small tomato cut up. The baguette was also quite hard. Very disappointed.

I am at grand central in Birmingham at the moment working with Covid vaccine. I just went to the toilet and a Asian lady from upper crust baguette just left the cubic and did not wash her hands. I followed her and I told her off. She replied: it is not your business but I washed my hands here every 10mins. This is very disgusting, unprofessional attitude and hostile when approached

So when i get to upper crust place yesterday me and my friend sat there and waited 2 hours to get our drinks and the employees are right beside us and they are cleaning no you dont unless they tell you to you take care of your customers first and then i waited 4 or another 2 to get my food they need better customer sevice its not great or good.

Excel centre last week. Keep it simple like Upper Crust.
Asked for a cheese and tomoto bagette. It had one slice of cheese and 1 small tomato that had both been cut to fill the bagette for £4.99...total rip off. I complained and the seller just said "thats the way I get them" but did agree to give me more cheese. Imagine that - having to complain to get more filling in a bread roll. There is no doubt at £4.99 there must be a 400% mark-up. Dont have a problem with this, but make the product worthy of it please.
The flat white was a cup or flavourless brown liquid.

Shocking customer service, staff barely broke off from their conversation to serve me a coffee. Didn't give me my change and I had to ask for it. Doesn't matter that it was only a small amount, it was my money that I wanted to put in the charity box next to the till. Rude staff. Avoid.

OMG cannot believe how bad this company is, just arrived in Crewe Railway Station, had a bit of delay so went for a drink, most of the place cordoned off for cleaning but only one member of staff on, long cues, no where to sit and to top it off I had to request a glass for my can off Cola. Just about sums up the pinnacle of rip off Britain and is as bad as it gets

Not value for money. Mean baguette, quite dry, with an ungenerous filling, at Waterloo Station. The lady serving had a fake cheerful manner, and tried upselling, a practice I detest. Told me it was 'her duty' when I asked her not to. Not a good customer experience. I do not intend to buy from them again.

This is my first and last purchase from this chain. To be charged £0.55 pence extra for a bit of oat milk is outrages where it's given freely in other cafes. Why can't I swap the milk?

Yesterday I bought a coffee at upper crust from an Asian gentleman. A medium latte. After paying £3.29 I picked it up and boarded my train. At closer inspection it was half full if that probably less than half full. I’d been ripped off. Next time you’re in Piccadilly station and fancy a hot drink, keep walking past upper crust and use one of the many other coffee outlets.

This chain used to be my 'go to' place for a good baguette. I had one today (first for a couple of years, having been away) and it was appauling. Bought at Liverpool St station, the tuna baguette was small and soft/chewy and the filling was like cat food. Disgusting. Avoid.

The meal deal is cheating, clarification is not given before purchase. Poor customer service at Cambridge station, and no receipt was given. At the end, no meal deal was allowed regardless the fact that I was suggested to buy a fizzy drink to go with the meal deal... I was unhappy and asked to change the drink if meal deal is not available and was refused.

Terrible service from the start in London Victoria... staff member was on he’s phone for a while then severed me after o got he’s attention and served me a cheese and ham beget and for £4.30 and all of it was rock hard so solid. Do not recommend
