I am at Manchester coach station starving it says it opens at 7 but the lady says she opening at 9 that’s ridiculous she so rude aswell why doesn’t she get another job she is so miserable and ill mannered please I have come from Heathrow and this is disgusting behaviour this would never happen in the London area why is this the case please change time online and change your staff to a more pleasant one I am sure she will be miserable wherever she goes tho.

Ordered a tuna mayo baguette. Hardly any tuna on it and one piece of lettuce for £6.19
Had to bin it and find somewhere else to eat.

Just bought a small decaff latte with oat milk at Manchester Piccadilly station. Having checked the price board it should have cost £4.20 but was charged £4.80. I pointed out I was charged for decaff which the price board clearly said was free. There was a 50p charge for the oat milk and this was clearly written on the price board so I was expecting that and fine with it. The salesperson said the decaf wasn’t free so I showed her the price board where it states it’s free, she was rude, unhelpful and rather peculiarly gleeful! She didn’t correct the price and I was conscious of other passengers waiting. I told her the same thing happen at London Euston last week where the staff were wonderful, apologised and gave me a complimentary banana. Shocking service from the lady at Manchester Piccadilly!!!

Daylight robbery! I used to think Upper Crust cared about what they served, the thinnest baguette with dry tuna filling and a piece of lettuce and a bottle of water. £8.08! The baguette was stale, but I bought it from Marylebone Station, bring back the pasty shop and give them some competition, they just don’t care!!

I bought a bacon roll from the Liverpool airport branch the roll was tiny very dry and the bacon was just streaky bacon and just smelt of fat and was mostly fat how you can charge almost £5 fir this is just shocking one good thing was the staff were very friendly will never buy from upper crust again.

Dry,almost stale bread, and the filling was next to nothing and what I did have was flavourless

Ambadi was very friendly and helpful today at Cambridge Station, platform 1. Such a lovely smile!

Staff at M/ch Airport were good, Tuna Mayo Sandwich had no butter, and no Mayo. All in all, not good. As dry as a bone

Upper Crust at Kings Cross Station. Bought a steak Cornish and ate it on the train on the way home; it tasted lovely.
A few hours later, I didn’t feel right. Felt very nauseous and developed stomach cramps. Tossed and turned in bed and had to get up. Eight hours later, diarrhoea and sickness arrived. I can’t say 100% it was the cornish pasty, however, I also don’t have any other explanation. It’s the only thing I ate that my family didn’t. It’s now approximately 22 hours later and I feel absolutely dreadful.

I have to say we found this chiken & asarahas pie disappointing, could not find any asparagus ,worst bit was pastry seem to fall apart flaking Al over place ,can't buy again.

The one star is for the service, very nice young woman at Leeds Train Station, but it's downhill from there. The skinniest baguette ever, more like a soft breadstick, with limp lettuce and a smear of tuna mayo. If there was anything else in there, I couldn't taste it. Very disappointing, as I used to get these years ago and they were very good, but this time it was less than filling. I should have taken the lack of queue as a warning sign and spent my fiver elsewhere.

No de-caff coffee on. I should have this due to heart condition.
Menu shows it as being 70p extra when they have it.
This is totally not on. De-caff beans are the same price as no de-caff.

Nice Coffee and baguette. Smiling assistant called Nicola. Definitely return again.

Yesterday (Wednesday) morning I bought a bacon roll at around 6.30am. It was disappointingly tasteless - warmed but with no butter (that I could taste) and simply flavourless bacon, not even discernibly salty. The Upper Crust roll, far from being 'crusty', was bland and chewy. About 7 hours later I was feeling ill and experienced diarrhoea and vomiting. Not pleasant when still continuing by train as I was!

I'm not certain the bacon roll caused me food poisoning, but it may be worthwhile this being drawn to the management's attention.

I brought a coffee and croissant here. The croissant bag was bulked up in shape but when I opened it it was empty! No croissant but made to look like it had something in it.what a RIP off………unbelievable. Also no coffee in the coffee. I’ve been ripped off and your staff are ripping you off unless this is under you’re guidance??!!

I work for a frat in Pullman,WA. This is the 2nd year of having Upper Crust, the management is awful. 3 of our chefs quit due to being treated horrible by management. Since August of 2022 we have had 7 chefs, 6 of the chefs have either quit or got fired due to showing up late, loosing company keys, horrible meals, not enough food, unprofessional, no experience, having to cook for other fraternities. . It has been a nightmare ! My suggestion is to hire a private Chef.Or hire a different company. Hopefully by May of 2023 we will be done with Upper Crust.
