I ordered a medium mocha at kings cross but seem to have been given some warm sugar water

Pretty angry tbh, it shouldn’t be legal to charge 4.45 for warm water

I’m sitting in front of my upper crust cheese and tomato baguette … 4 pieces of cheese literally 1mm or 2 thick and four thin slices of tomato .. the very least filling imaginable… shame on you and your profiteering!!

I arrived at upper crust he saw my code and said swipe it I did - he gave me two baguettes instead of three he said this is food to go error and they need to change it - I even said I am happy for three half baguettes and he said no.

I asked for the manager and he said they weren’t there -

I left without any food and this will be covered on the camera- he was rude and had poor customer service skills - I will definitely not use upper crust again - he was a poor ambassador of the brand . I would like a refund please I will also report this directly to the company.

The assistant if I could refer to them as that !!
Was of Asian origin
, 5 ft 9/10 long hair shoulder length no hat - and a moustache and time was 4-05 -

The staff were rude, i was actually admonished by one of the staff.
Food was disgusting

Great service at Newcastle airport today from MD. Very tasty, fresh food and comfortable seating area.

Misleading prices and vert poor Customer service.
Offer say soft drink and baguette.for 100 NOK. When paid it shows a lot more. The respons was that it was for students only. Not documented anyware. We Aldo bought 3 soda’s where we later encountered a 4 for 3 offer. Want back to the cashier and again no understanding or attempt to give any sort of better customer experience. Really bad customer service!

Really disappointed. I got served stale food and when I raised this I got attitude from staff making me feel it was my fault. Never again try to get food from UC at Euston station. It’s just beyond shameful.

Tasteless dry overpriced sub at Montreal Airport

Served at Newcastle Airport uppercrust today. Girl with long blonde hair not tied up dangling into food flicking her hair. No apron certainly won't get food there again

Total rip off. Ordered pama ham as a treat around £6+. The ham was a thin slither along the edge of the baguette. Just enough to trick the customer into thinking it went the length and depth of the baguette. Why be so mean to hungry travelers. I thought I would see if there was any other comments from people having the same experience 🤔. Oh yes they are a scam food provider.
Most of the slither was fat.
Upper CRUST you should be ashamed. Think twice is my advice. Maybe ask them to show you inside.
Trust me you will be so dissatisfied..

I have left 1 star as it was fresh bread n and the staff at Southampton Station were friendly.

A fantastic member of staff - Dipti ☺️..Dipti always make the experience a positive one, and it doesn't hurt that she understands the sandwiches really well - she just sold me an All Day Breakfast Sandwich and a bottle of Irn Bru!!... delicious 😋!!!...thanks Dipti!!

I bought an uppercrust cheese and tomato baguette at Manchester Piccadilly station, as I have done on occasion for many years.
I asked if the sandwiches were fresh today as they looked a little tired and the cheese was not looking fresh. I was assured that they were.
The sandwich was entirely inedible- the mayo was rancid, the tomatoes soggy and the cheese was cut so thin and to a triangle to deceive the customer. Compare this to the quality of a couple of years back and it is risable
All for £5.00 or whatever.
This is the last sandwich I will ever buy from upper crust - there are many alternatives readily available for the traveller. You do not deserve to remain in business which such an abysmal product and service

Very poor - bacon butty was dry and tasteless, almond croissant had hardly any almond - and the service was extremely disappointing, all done without a smile. And expensive

Will definitely avoid Upper Crust

I special ordered 2 6inch cakes and the quality of these cakes have gone down I was very disappointed. Italian cream cake was dry and grandma’s chocolate cake was below par. For the price, Next time I will choose Costco for my chocolate cake and HEB for Italian cream.

The bread was dry almost stale the salad was limp and squishy. I’m in Manchester airport now and £13.38 for just two stale sandwiches is day light robbery. Would not recommend at all. Went to boots, two meal deals sandwiches crisps and drinks, for two people £11.98

Today I buy a veg puff at your South Bopal Ahmedabad shop.
In your Veg puff you are only use potato.So you write Veg Puffy..it is Potato puff only..there is no single peas with the stuffing..so disappointing
