Frustrating and stressful
I’ve dealt with four people. Two were lovely, two were offhand and disinterested. My problem is getting worse, it’s seriously affecting my mental health, and United Utilities haven’t addressed it

Easy to contact regarding a blocked main sewer. They came out same day and spent 2 days on it. They couldn’t clear the blockage so another team came 2 days later and were successful. I was kept informed throughout. An excellent service.

Problem still exist. No update or any indication of when it will be resolved. I’ve been having low pressure for a long time and nothing is being done.
