First time working with this company and they were fantastic! Condo was exactly as expected and their service was outstanding…definitely would use them again!

Great location in the heart of Athens, next to restaurants and bars! The room was very clean and cozy. Totally recommend!

Lovely stay at Hill Cottage. It was perfect location to meet up with our friends who live in Haworth. Great cottage, all what we needed. Clean and spacious too. Would definitely love to stay again.

Fantastic apartment!

Don’t be put off by the look of the outside of the building, inside it’s clean and comfortable. A great little kitchen, a sitting room big enough for the five of us and two double rooms and a sofa bed. All comfortable and beautifully presented.

The provider has fantastic communication and was on hand when we needed them, highly recommend.

I have never been treated so poorly when trying to rent a property. Tried to book and pay for a beautiful chalet in Megeve. Initially, my questions were answered, so we were finally ready to book. Tried to contact TravelStaytion for help with paying by credit card, but never received any responses via chat as well as email in this regard. Subsequently, spent an hour with our credit card company to make sure the payment would go through as it had been flagged for fraud to protect us. Finally got our payment to go through, only for TravelStaytion to cancel our booking due to high fraud risk on their end. Multiple communications with Marriott as well as with TravelStaytion agents, to no avail other than a canned response about high fraud risk even though I tried to find out what type of payment would work instead of my Visa credit card. TravelStaytion would not provide any alternative means to pay for the booking and basically refused to rent to us. Wow. Wonder if the owner knows that he is losing out on this money. No customer service whatsoever, so our group has decided to rent another property instead, taking this huge red flag as a sign of troubles to come - so guess we are glad this happened after all.

Update: Based upon the fact that you have had some pretty negative reviews, including cancellation right before guests were to arrive, again, I am glad this happened sooner rather than later. I will note that we did find out that the property was listed at higher prices elsewhere, including when our travel agent used his sources to locate pricing on this property. So despite what you say is potential fraud (which makes no sense at all - you are getting paid via a well-known credit card & I had asked what other means of payment would make you happy, but was shut down with the same canned response as you have responded here), I believe very strongly that you simply wanted to charge more money or that you posted the wrong price or forgot to change it & instead of letting me know the truth, you decided to not allow me to rent the chalet at all. Again, given the lack of service & distrust that we now have for your company, we are glad this happened because who knows what kind of horrible service would have happened later if we had booked with you. We have booked a different chalet through our travel agent, who we know will take care of us. Funny how there wasn't any potential fraud yet we used the same exact credit card to pay. We literally had no problem whatsoever with this other company & the amenities are so much better. We had been debating between these two properties. I guess our questions were answered. Again, we are glad this happened right away so we could still book another property in time.

I note that my review is HIGHLY accurate. I do not appreciate you continuing to insult me first by saying the transaction was potentially fraudulent - it was not, and now saying that my review may not be accurate. You are the ones who are not being accurate. Believe me, I will spread the word about the terrible service & treatment we received, as is my right.

We stayed there 2 nights and it was a good experience. They had everything you need packed away in the compact space of the container. It is actually amazing that they could get so much into that space to make it comfortable to stay in.

The visit did not start well because thegiven address was incorrect - 25, not 35. This meant we missed our scheduled handover of the keys and then had to wait around to get them.
Once this was out of the way we found the apartment totally suited to our needs. Air con, small kitchen, two large bedrooms and central. Everything was clean and all essentials provided.

Any questions I had got an immediate response. Check in was easy, room was clean & stocked with everything we needed. Complex was quiet, with easy access to shopping

Le lendemain, mail d'annulation d'un employé en Grece...pour annoncer que le logement est en cours de rénovation et que la réservation ne peut être honorée !
Mais ce logement est toujours disponible auprès d'autres prestataires,et même sur le site travelstaytion a un prix nettement plus élevé. Les CGV leur permettent tout, soyez prudents.
Mon compte est débité, l'engagement de remboursement l'est également bref...grosse déception pour de grosse boulette non avouées pour un max de profit.
Le client doit toujours respecter les règles, eux ils peuvent les déjouer avec les conditions dans les petites lignes...

What a view to wake up to, having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the lake was truly breathtaking. This property is just a short walk from the center of Bellagio. Apartment is clean with everything you need.

Bel endroit. La maison est cosy.
Très jolie vue sur le village.
Cuisinière et four petit.
L'accès à la maison est un peu surprenant. Petit sentier pas très bien entretenu. Éviter des valises trop lourdes.

1 we were not able to get into our appartment at the promised time.
2 the internet promised was not working.
3 the parking stated in the add, was an offer to book a garage a thirty minute walk away from the apartment.
Travelstation dismissed every complaint, with bad excuses. “We did not inform, them about our arrival time, and make that an excuse for not being ready on time. They clearly stated a timeslot in our info mail. The internet suddenly was said to be not operational, despite the information in the mail. The parking was not included despite the app indicating it.
The do not take responsibility for what they promise.

I had a great experience at Hono Kai resorts on Maui. It was a cute little vacation rental just small enough for me with a kitchen, living room, bath and bed. It was cozy, clean, quiet, and the ocean sounds made it great for sleep. Air conditioning allowed for cool air on very hot days. The resort is very close to the Maui Oceanarium, shops, gas if you drive, bus transit, coffee cafes, activities and entry into the highway is super close if you drive. I loved staying here.

Super clean, very comfortable, great location (15 minute walk to Acropolis ), 200 ft from restaurants, market, produce market on Fridays, easy entrance- perfectly lovely 💕just bring salt and pepper

2nd time staying here. It was clean and in a great location.

We had a lovely week long stay at a Villa Clio. The villa had a pool and BBQ which we made good use of and there were also many local restaurants within 20-30 mins walking distance for great food. The location was close to many amenities and the cove was great for snorkelling and the nearby Garakas Beach had a great beach and crystal clear water. Nicole was really responsive when we messaged her with a couple of questions and recommended a great local restaurant and a supermarket to get BBQ coals from.
