Everything was great… apartment location… the fabulous rooftop, with a sky view to the Acropolis’s…
Quiet area, nearest shop and grocery…
Everything can by done by walk from there: Acropolis, Museum, Agora, downtown ect…
Very good commutation and exchange with Nikos👍

Amazing accommodation and all needs catered to
Basic amenities of food as salt and pepper and sugar would be nice
There was a bit of check out glitch that scarred the near perfect experience
Communication is vital and appreciate all what has been done
Customer service and communication is key and it works both ways for us as a customer and you as the service / customer provider
I must say everything is perfect and can’t fault anything nevertheless small issues like the above just ruins the whole experience

Buchung wurde ohne info vom Anbieter storniert (nachdem sie schon Bestätigt wurde), was folgt sind unprosseionelle, sketchy und eingeschnappte Mails im Tagestakt. Antworten können Sie auf meine Mail/ Nachfrage zu dem Thema nicht, während sie mir dann vorwerfen, dass ich auf die Mail vom Vortag nicht geantwortet habe?? Gleichzeitig ist im Online-Portal die Buchung noch aktiv? Als alternative Unterkunft wird mir ein hässliches und winziges Hotelzimmer in einer ganz anderen Stadt angeboten.

I stayed at Fare Vainato Beach for nine days, first with my cousin and then solo, and it was perfect for both. The location is beautiful and peaceful and just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Waking up to the sound of the ocean was unforgettable. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, making it easy to settle in for a longer stay.

I would recommend renting a car as it’s difficult to get a taxi or bus if you’re looking to explore.

The hosts were welcoming and kind, creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere throughout my visit. Whether traveling with someone or on your own, Fare Vainato Beach is a wonderful, authentic place to stay in Tahiti. I highly recommend it!

Great place and only a few blocks from town with restaurants, shops and less than 10 mins walking to pristine beach. Was nice to be able to walk and yet not be bothered by crowds, traffic. Host was wonderful w consistent and quick communication.

The house was secured, quite, nice and cosy, prepared for our arrival with the heating on. Large and confortable bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen. In summer you can enjoy a nice terrace and a small swimming pool. Ideal place to rest and enjoy moments with friends/family.

I booked through this website an apartment on the Italian Alps. The apartment showed to be in a different place from the one advertised and I ended up having a big issue with a relative of mine who, having a medical condition, was almost unable to move around in the village.
I reported the event giving evidence to Travelstaytion of the non conformance: the just kept gaining time and showed no willingness to indemnify me for the apartment wrong representation. I'll go legal.

Orlando Florida family vacation ruined by TravelStaytion through Hotels.com. 4436 Summer Flowers Place Kissimmee, FL. Booked through Hotels.com for 5 nights at $1300. Couple days before check-in our reservation was cancelled and then relisted for 2x the cost. Being last minute & availability we had no other option but to book for $2600. Should’ve been 1st red flag but we were already committed to the kids for Christmas vacation.
When we arrived the “neighbors” had 5 cars taking up both driveways and blocking road in front of house. 4 large trash bins full of trash in front of garage door with a family of raccoons climbing in & out trash. Large empty mattress boxes taking up 1/2 the front porch. Big ordeal knocking on doors to get cars moved in order to just park in our driveway. Once inside, the house was full of fruit flies in every room including upstairs. Walls were filthy and stained with bugs stuck to double-sided tape around top perimeter of living room and kitchen. Couch was so nasty with white crusty spots all over cushions that no one dared to sit on. Pieces of the wood flooring missing throughout staircase and upstairs. Tv missing in master (mount on wall empty). Bathroom drains had black slime coming out. Pics have to be from years ago. No private swimming pool, just dirt, trash & disappointment in back yard. There’s a community pool down the road but who really wants to do that. We contacted Travelstayation Property Manager Justin Bilyk as soon as we arrived to report issues. After getting no sleep and eaten up from bug bites the first night. We had to go to Walmart and spend $100+ on cleaning supplies and bug spray in order to just to be able to sleep. Then 2 days after arrival Justin responds to address issues. Supposedly he send someone, while we were gone, but no sign of any improvement & then he stopped responding to text. I have documented everything with pics, video, receipts and screen shots to back up these claims. Our neighbors had the same experience when they arrived a couple days before us (bugs, trash & filth). We travel to Orlando 3-5 times a year for the last 10 years and this is the 1st time we’ve ever had a negative experience with our vacation rental. Which makes sense when you have a company on the other side of the world managing your property. You couldn’t pay me to stay at this nightmare again. Lesson learned that pics can be deceiving.

DO NOT BOOK with this company!!
I made a booking for CapeTown for february next year. Everything was booked, I even had contact with the owner. A little over a month before arrivel they decide to cancel the booking because to "unforseen maintenance". They promised me to search with me for a accomodation similar to what I booked to make sure I have somewhere to stay. The only options they gave me were in a totally different part of town of what I originally booked. Without my consent they cancelled the booking and send me only HALF the refund. Stay away from these people!!

This is the second time they had to cancel my reservation due to some lying technical error! They have computer problems or the host has a problem, whatever generic response it is, they just cancel the reservation without penalty! We have to pay a penalty if we cancel, but they are free to cancel any time?! You can't make plans if your place of stay can't be secured! That will be my last time working with this crap company! Don't waste your time, money, or risk their generic cancellation policy! Stay far away from them!

I had a great stay and really enjoyed my time here. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Everything I needed was available, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a confirmed reservation that was canceled without our consent. We were given inconsistent explanations, and shortly after, the same property was relisted for the same dates at a significantly higher price.

A refund alone does not undo the disruption or costs incurred after relying on a confirmed booking. This experience closely resembles a bait-and-switch scenario, and I would urge others to be extremely cautious booking through this company.

Customer service has also been extremely rude, we are taking matters into arbitration after filing with BBB.

We originally booked a house for a long weekend in Palm Springs through Hotels.com for $1,393.84 total (including taxes and fees). Two days later, we received an email from Travelstaytion.com, a company that had never previously communicated with us, stating that our reservation had been “expired” (canceled) because "not all co-travelers had completed their payments" (we had already paid in FULL), and that we would be fully refunded (we were not). The email offered to help us find an alternative property and asked what we were looking for, but they never followed up or refunded us.

Because this communication occurred outside of Hotels.com, and we never received a cancellation notice from Hotels.com itself, we suspected a scam. We contacted Hotels.com and were told on three separate calls that our reservation was active, valid, and not canceled. All three agents confirmed that the property’s listed contact number belonged to Travelstaytion.com, yet neither we nor Hotels.com were ever able to reach anyone at that number. We were also told that both the property and Travelstaytion had been vetted and approved to list on the platform, though the agents acknowledged this process can still be exploited.

Despite our reservation remaining “active,” the property continued to show as available for the same dates on Hotels.com — but now repriced at $11,979.00 (approximately 8.5× higher). The same inflated price appeared simultaneously on VRBO and Airbnb.

We contacted the City of Palm Springs Department of Special Program Compliance, who confirmed that the short-term rental registration number listed on Hotels.com was active. However, the agent agreed this did not rule out fraud, as registration numbers and listing photos can be copied from legitimate properties. After reviewing the situation, the agent stated it appeared likely that either:

1. Travelstaytion was operating a sham listing and would eventually ask for credit card details to “rebook” us elsewhere, or

2. We had booked at a low rate and the property was deliberately relisted at a much higher price to overbook, with the intention of dropping us if a higher-paying guest booked.

Either scenario reflected poorly on Travelstaytion.

In subsequent emails to both us and Hotels.com, Travelstaytion blamed the cancellation notice on a “technical glitch,” which we find highly implausible given the immediate 8.5× price increase across multiple platforms.

Further research revealed numerous similar complaints on Trustpilot and Reddit, where multiple users describe Travelstaytion as a scam. Their website shows very low traffic and a hidden owner, appears to be UK-based (though this could not be confirmed), and was registered in 2025, despite sporadic online references to the company going back over a decade. At the time of this incident, their Instagram account had only two posts (both one day old) with over 3,000 followers, and their YouTube channel — created in 2012 — had no content, except for a single video posted hours earlier.

We also contacted the host listing the same property and registration number on Airbnb. He confirmed in writing: “We are the only official hosts/property managers for this home, and this is reflected on all legitimate listings… We have nothing to do with Hotels.com.” This suggests the Hotels.com listing we booked was not legitimate.

Given the importance of this trip, with people flying in from out of town, we could not risk arriving in Palm Springs to find our booking invalid or being canceled again at the last minute. The whole experience did not make us comfortable to book this property or to conduct business with Travelstaytion. We therefore canceled through the Hotels.com platform and rebooked elsewhere. While we did receive a refund, it was issued by Hotels.com — not Travelstaytion.

Do your research thoroughly before booking with this company or associated property. Use a credit card that that offers strong fraud protection. Screenshot all policies and prices for your records. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION.

Wir haben ganz normal und ordnungsgemäss über Expedia eine Unterkunft bei Travelstaytion gebucht und eine bestätigte Buchung erhalten. Einen Tag darauf wurden wir jedoch direkt von Travelstaytion per Mail kontaktiert und unsere Buchung wurde storniert – obwohl über Expedia alles weiterhin als aktiv und bestätigt angezeigt wird. Das bereits bezahlte Geld haben wir nicht zurückerhalten.

Der Gipfel der Frechheit: Für exakt denselben Zeitraum wird dieselbe Unterkunft nun auf Expedia plötzlich nicht mehr für CHF 427, sondern für CHF 1027 angeboten. Für uns ist klar: Hier lag ein Preisfehler seitens Travelstaytion vor, und statt diesen korrekt und fair zu behandeln, versucht Travelstaytion offenbar, sich elegant aus der Verantwortung zu ziehen – auf Kosten der Kundschaft.

Dieses Verhalten ist unprofessionell, unseriös und absolut inakzeptabel. So geht man nicht mit zahlenden Gästen um. Wir fühlen uns getäuscht, hingehalten und respektlos behandelt. Vertrauen ist hier komplett zerstört.

Nie wieder Travelstaytion.

The home was so cute, I was filled with joy as soon as I stepped inside. Our stay was very short and we wish we could have enjoyed it longer. It's a fun area, really feels like you are "off grid" but still feels comfortable. I was surprised at how much bigger it felt than I expected and they provided great amenities, you really don't need to bring much.

If you struggle with stairs and tight spaces, I would advise to stay in one of the units that has the beds on the main floor. We had no issues, but it is a tight squeeze getting into bed.

Appartment is located in a great area, close to main city attractions, safe and plenty of restaurants, bars and food providers.
Apppartment is clean, comfortable and has all visitors need.

An incredible platform and properties like no others. We have stayed a few times with Travelstaytion where we have always founded the level of housekeeping and the quality of the rooms superb. What makes them standout though is how they take care of the clients service. We were taken care by Alexandra and her professionalism was outstanding.
