I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I booked an Umrah package and paid the required amount, but after receiving the payment, their communication became poor and they failed to deliver what was promised. I felt misled throughout the process, and getting updates or support was extremely difficult.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company. If you are planning to book Umrah, please do your research carefully and make sure everything is properly documented before making any payment.

UPDATE – DAY 3 OF OUR UMRAH

Our experience has continued to get worse.

Despite paying for bed and breakfast, we have barely been able to eat the breakfast provided. We were promised a continental breakfast by Touseef, but instead there are only a handful of very limited options(salad and 2 soups), nowhere near what was promised.

The problems don't stop there. My relatives, who travelled with us, have a blocked toilet and a shower that doesn't work. Our own toilet also became blocked, and when we contacted the agency to have it fixed, instead of helping us, they accused us of abusing the hotel staff. We simply wanted the facilities we had paid for to be usable.

To make matters worse, the transport they promised as a gesture of trying to keep our mouths shut for how much they scammed us has failed to turn up. We were left waiting outside the Haram in the heat for over two hours, and the transport never arrived. We have now had to start paying for transport ourselves while the agency refuses to respond to our messages.

We paid the full price for what we were told was a 5-star standard package, yet we have been forced into a 3-star hotel that falls far below the standard we were promised. We feel completely misled and believe our money has been taken under false promises.

The level of customer service has been disgraceful. They have ignored our concerns,refused to take responsibility, and left us feeling abandoned during what should have been a peaceful and spiritual journey.

They also appear to remove or encourage the removal of negative reviews, creating a false impression of the service they provide. If you are reading the reviews before booking, please look carefully at the detailed experiences people have shared.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY. SAVE YOUR MONEY, YOUR TIME, AND YOUR UMRAH EXPERIENCE.

Do not go with this company at all costs. I am utterly disgusted with their behaviour. Since coming on our blessed journey we have had nothing but torture from them. I feel harassed and tortured. This Tauseef is a fraudster, a con artist and is abusing us. He has made our journey unbearable and threatening us. We are going to file a law suit against them when we return. They have made us pay in advance for flights and our hotel which is 4 star to then 5 days before our departure change our hotel without consent to a 3 star hotel whilst falsely assuring that it is a 4 star hotel. The hotel has nothing we required, moldy showers, blocked toilets and staff who don't wish to help us. Tauseef has the audacity to try and manipulate us to say he has offered transport which never comes on time. We were waiting 2 hours for our taxi and in the end the taxi never came saying the company did not confirm your pick up. We then were told to change rooms from Tauseef but the staff said the rooms they have offered are the best in the hotel. I am appalled that this disgusting thing called a so called company has been allowed to run for this long. They must be shut down for the fraud they are putting people through.

I strongly urge anyone thinking of booking with this company to consider their decision very carefully. Our experience has been extremely disappointing from beginning to end.

We booked and signed a package, paid for it in instalments, and completed the final payment several months before our departure. Despite receiving full payment, the company repeatedly changed our flights and hotel without our knowledge or permission. We were repeatedly assured that our original hotel and flights had been secured, only to later discover that they had been changed. This left us feeling completely misled.

We intend to report our experience to the relevant authorities because we believe we have been treated unfairly, and we want to make others aware of what happened to us.

It is deeply disappointing that a company advertising Umrah packages, for a journey of such great spiritual significance, would treat its customers in such a despicable way.

The CEO, Mian Touseef, informed us that the replacement hotel was a 4-star property. However, upon arriving, we were shocked by the condition of the rooms. When we raised our concerns with the reception staff, we were informed that the hotel is actually a 3-star property and the rooms we had been given were actually “the best” in the hotel. We had specifically booked and paid for a 4-star hotel months in advance.

When we requested to be transferred to the hotel we had originally booked, or at the very least another equivalent 4-star hotel, we were told that repairs would be carried out instead. This is simply not an acceptable solution. Carrying out repairs does not change the hotel’s rating from 3 stars, nor does it provide the standard of accommodation that we paid for. We should not have to wait for repairs during our pilgrimage when we had already paid in advance for a different and higher standard of accommodation.

To make matters worse, on our very first day, my uncle went to perform wudu using the shower and noticed that the water appeared discoloured. When he reported this to reception, a member of staff explained that it could be due to rust in the pipes. This only increased our concerns about the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking with this company. We found the communication, the handling of our booking, and the accommodation provided to be completely unacceptable and far below what we were promised and had paid for.

We will update this review to let others know whether the CEO honours our request to provide what we originally paid for in advance, or whether he chooses to ignore us once again.

I had a very good experience with travels hook. My family completed their Umrah through this agency . And agent Aima did her best .she was so concerned about everything.
