The house was very clean and tidy
The house was very clean and tidy. We really enjoyed the size of the house, which allowed us to spread out comfortably. The location of the community is excellent for visiting Disney World. The only downside was that the pool closes at 8 p.m.; we would have liked to use it for longer and more frequently.

Beautiful place
Maintenance gets a 10/10 on the spot! he was there at the elevators to help us , at the time of arrival there was no one on site , but we did check in online(Megan was very helpful she gave us the code to get in the room ) i was never contacted by the owners for a new code , as we used the master code all weekend --- there is a 25 dollar parking fee for the stay we stay 3 days, we were not aware of it was not listed on the booking - but no problem we paid and still enjoyed! the condo its self is very spacious and clean , lots of good dishes to use- there were nice towels and bedding/fluffy pillows were a plus as well , the pool also gets a 10/10 it was very clean and maintained every day we were there. there is a elevator , on the site it was listed that there wasn't one. we were very glad of that!! the view was great - we were on the first floor and we had a party of 8 (6-Adults and 2 kids ) Over all i give this place a 10/10

Alles super gebucht über Hulidu. Travelstytion hat meine Trasaktion einfach nachträglich zurückgeschickt ohne Begründung und die Reservierung wieder storniert. Ich buche dort sicher nicht noch ein mal.
Der Kundendienst war freundlich, meine jedoch ich soll die Buchung doch einfach nochmals mit einer andern Karte vornehmen. Kein Telefonischer kontakt, einfach eine Mail und fertig.

This was a wonderful property with a great view. Very convenient location. Easy access to restaurants and shops. The host was wonderful and gave great restaurant suggestions. We tried them all and they did not disappoint. Just wish we had planned more time!!

They cancelled my confirmed reservation…
They cancelled my confirmed reservation on Vrbo, claiming a system failure, but the listing is still up at very much higher price, asking me to book again. An abusive practice!!!
I'm trying to resolve this with customer service, but they're ignoring me and pretending it's not their problem.
I have no choice but to involve the relevant consumer protection agencies in the United Kingdom.
UPDATE:
I just had attention when I put this review, but my problem can't be solved as I think I deserve, cause the cancel reasons changed a few times.
I'm also a property host and understand system errors on platforms, but in this case there was no objective demonstration proofing this bug.
In my view, TravelStaytion must keep the reservation and cover the difference for the host, but the way it was resolved, the host will face penalties from Vrbo and I no longer have the reservation.
They tried, but resolution was good only for Travelstation.com.

Worst experience
Worst experience! The listing stated 2BR and 1BA. The booking confirmation stated 2BR and 1BA. When I arrived, it was a one bedroom. I called the host right away and he said he would try to get me a 2 bedroom property but found none. I emailed travelstaytion and they blamed me. They said the pictures would show it was a one bedroom with 2 beds. They didn’t even confirm that they would change the heading for this place so others wouldn’t be fooled. The tiny place was stuffy, dark and in a bad area. It was over $1000 for a single room for the weekend. We all got sick by the end of the trip. I will never use travelstaytion again. Go with a more reputable site like Airbnb.

Worst rental experience of my life
We booked a rental through Marriott Homes and Villas who had a local company coordinating key drop offs. No idea why this company was involved but they were. Did not add any value. Unable to help when problems did arise with the dirty and not maintained properly. If you find yourself in a rental that does not match the photos or the description they are not going to be on your side. Worst rental experience of my life.

Amazing old building in a great location, walkable to everything around and not so far from great beaches. The whole arrangement was great without any issues and myself and our family enjoyed it greatly.

Crooks!
I would urge any potential user of this service to hesitate. As a host I listed my porperty on their platform. I received two bookings. Their terms state that they will pay the host the day after arrival. A week after the first guest departed I was still awaiting payment. Several emails claiming problems with their payment system blah blah. Finally several weeks late I received my money. The second booking resulted in an identical situation. The emails are identical. This is obviously a company policy and I find it disgusting. Whether you are a potential host, or a potential guest, I urge you to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other listing websites who treat their customers with the respect we all deserve.
EDIT Post reply:
As with several other negative reviews, Travelstaytion claim to have attempted to contact me regarding my complaints. This is simply untrue, They also refer to their "Host Support Department" and urge me to contact them. The only time I did need to contact them they never responded to my request. I stand by my review.

This was, without a doubt, the most exceptional place we have stayed during our travels around the world. Xristos and Elena were outstanding hosts—always available when needed, offering excellent local recommendations, and ensuring that every detail was taken care of so we could fully enjoy our stay.
The villa is beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.
