We didnt want to leave. The space was awewome! The decor was exquisite! The location was impecable.

Use at your own risk. This company is okay with their host(s) using deceptive photography to falsely misrepresenting an accommodation. They will defend the host rather than the good and honest people who are paying to use their platform. You have fewer consumer protections than trusted brands like Airbnb or Booking.com, where guests can leave reviews or report hosts to help keep the community safe. Would not recommend this group to anyone.

I would urge any potential user of this service to hesitate. As a host I listed my porperty on their platform. I received two bookings. Their terms state that they will pay the host the day after arrival. A week after the first guest departed I was still awaiting payment. Several emails claiming problems with their payment system blah blah. Finally several weeks late I received my money. The second booking resulted in an identical situation. The emails are identical. This is obviously a company policy and I find it disgusting. Whether you are a potential host, or a potential guest, I urge you to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other listing websites who treat their customers with the respect we all deserve.

As with several other negative reviews, Travelstaytion claim to have attempted to contact me regarding my complaints. This is simply untrue, They also refer to their "Host Support Department" and urge me to contact them. The only time I did need to contact them they never responded to my request. I stand by my review.

The 2 level 2 bedroom accommodation was outstanding & equipped with everything you could possibly need the washer/dryer was a nice surprise as I did not see it listed

This was, without a doubt, the most exceptional place we have stayed during our travels around the world. Xristos and Elena were outstanding hosts—always available when needed, offering excellent local recommendations, and ensuring that every detail was taken care of so we could fully enjoy our stay.

The villa is beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Every aspect of the property reflects thoughtful attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Our one-week stay passed far too quickly, and we enjoyed every moment of it.

We will definitely return the next time we visit Lefkada. This was truly a memorable experience, and we cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Thank you, Xristos and Elena, for such a wonderful stay!

I connected my listings to TravelStaytion thru Hostfully at their recommendation. I received my first booking and the guest never arrived. When I checked in with her to see if all was ok, she said they didn't end up coming. Because of the cancellation policy in place she was not entitled to a refund. Then, she lied and told Expedia - which is where she made her booking - that I never sent the checkin info so she would get a full refund. I sent TravelStaytion proof that I had sent all check in info on time as well as the guest's text admitting she never made it there. They promised me they were working actively on my behalf to ensure the case was resolved in my favor, especially as I had taken all the necessary steps. That was 6 weeks ago and the last I heard from them. Now they've just stopped answering me. I called the office and I'm assured someone will get back to me. They don't. I've sent follow up emails and they don't answer. My lawyer sent the guest a letter and my next step is to take her and Expedia to Small Claims court. If you're a host, stay far away from TravelStaytion. They could care less about hosts.

Great stay here with my family. We lived in the 2 room apt with pool. Clean, very mordern and great hostess Alexandra.

On time and constant communication provided by the host. Place is clean and surrounding is quiet. Plenty of parking. Bathrooms and bedrooms are good size both with walk-in closet. Although, not enough pressure in the shower and not enough hangers (only 2 flimsy hangers inside the closet). Also, the exhaust fan in one bathroom is not working. Just a suggestions to the host: change your ironing board to a full size one.

Handy to trains & shopping at Westfield Carasoul, great place to stay.

Pelican Pointe in Gulf Shores. Awful and unaccomodating company. I booked the wrong dates and they are totally inflexible and SLOW at answering. It's barbaric and inhumane that you can't make changes to a reservation simply because they say so, when I messaged the second after I booked because the wrong date had been put in. I will make it a point to never book with this company again. These monsters are surely driving up rent worldwide and the least they could do is show a heartbeat when someone reaches out in a timely manner because they're taking thousands of our dollars.

It was so easy to contact them. They help us with everything we needed. The kitchen was nice, with a big fridge, and it was functional, and had everything we needed. It was clean, and the beds (separated) was good.
Location was good, and it had a food marked a few minutes walking. A lot of restaurants.

It was mainly the lack of communication and contact. Although I completed the registration form promptly - including photographic ID of all guests - when we arrived the security guard would not let us enter as the registration had not been sent through to them. Desperate phone calls remained unanswered - we were basically stranded - although the pin for the lock-box had been sent to us we could not get past the security at reception who just said they had no record of us. We were getting desperate and thought we would have to find a hotel for the night. After two hours I finally managed to get through to someone who casually said that they did have our details but just had not registered us yet - advised to phone back later! They did eventually register us - but what a dreadful start to our holiday.
The two stars are for the accommodation when we finally got in - apart from a very grubby carpet in the living room - the rest was actually very nice and very clean.

We stayed at a villa/house in Madeira. The property was exactly as advertised - in a beautiful location and with easy access to the walking trails. Parking was right outside and the house was large, spacious and comfortable, with a good range of amenities. Atlantic holidays were very helpful - sending us the information we needed to check in and check out. Just great !

The host(s) were amazing. The apartment was good for 4 guys (4 bedrooms). It is close to the city center. We loved it!

We had the most wonderful stay at the Akanthos Villa.
Our host, George, was welcoming, communicative, and kind; he made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. The villa itself is very beautiful and quiet, located just a 5-minute walk from the main port. A charming and spacious historical home. We will be coming back again! Thank you, George!

3 bedroom flat was suitable for our family of 5. Close to stores and train station which made getting around a lot easier and convenient. We would love to stay there again next time we visit London. We definitely recommend.

Very nice and spacious studio apartment with a kitchenette that includes a small sink, microwave, an electric 2 burner stove and cabinetry with glassware, utensils and some pots & pans. Stacked washer & dryer, large nice bath with blow dryer and towels. Need to bring toilet paper and paper towel. No coffee machine. There is a small grocery store within Cap Cana that requires a taxi or golf cart ride. A large supermarket is located outside of Cap Cana on the way from the airport. Fantastic view, great pool and great location only 10 minutes from the Punta Cana airport. There are 3 casual restaurants within walking distance including a pizza place, a beachfront burger place and a beachfront full restaurant. Very nice beach. There are several very nice quality and dressier restaurants nearby, although do require a taxi or golf cart ride. Plenty of taxis at very reasonable cost are available. Besides the local beach, which is private, there is Juanillo Beach which is public although fantastic, clean and very safe as it is within the Cap Cana development. It does require a taxi ride. There is a great open air restaurant and clean bathrooms at Juanillo Beach. The only thing that was a slight negative was that the Host communication with us was somewhat lacking.

What a great person Marco was!! He gave us a very clear instructions how to get to the place we booked. It’s a big house for just the 2 of us. He oriented us inside the house and we even got a welcoming gift : a bottle of wine, a bag of Madeira biscuits,2 big bottles of regular water and sparkling water and a dozen of small water bottles. The house is so clean and beautiful. The surroundings is amazing. Machico is a quiet town and it’s 20 minutes walk to the town area. We love to walk so we don’t mind the long walk. The good side is , it’s uphill and downhill. He recommended a very good restaurant which we enjoyed the seafood we ordered. Marco even drove us to the restaurant . What an amenity!! We walked by the beach after lunch and to the town area and did some shopping in a local store. We got the chance to see Funchal too. What a beautiful and stunning places !! This isa must see place

We had a great time during our visit. The home was very clean and we really enjoyed the pool. There was a slight miscommunication on check in but it was resolved quickly. Would definitely stay here again.
