By far the best place to buy Kato models in the UK. My order was shipped quickly and was exceptionally well-packaged. Pricing was also fairer than other retailers.

We're sorry the post took a bite out of a platform, but alas fragile stickers are not heeded even if we put them on! We're chuffed for the 5 stars though, thank you so much.
The “go to” place for all things Kato
Great website with easy navigation and I was able to find the rather obscure parts that I needed. Fair price, well packed and reasonable postage.
Definitely the go to place for all things Kato

easy to buy online
Emailed the company initially to see if they did e-gift cards and they directed me to do it online. Had some difficulty opening the actual link for some reason but got it done.
Needed the gift card quickly as it was for a friend but the gift card email whooshed into my inbox within seconds. Can't say fairer than that for service!
The friend was delighted with the present.

We try and keep our postage prices as low as possible but we are unfortunately beholden to the whims of the postal service and even make a loss at the current rates. We do our best and we're happy to meet your expectations! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a nice review.
