Website is easy to use as is the chat tool. I had a question about which ink to purchase and it was answered quickly with simple answers and straightforward explanations. The packaging the pen comes in is beautiful, like opening a gift, and the pens are fantastic - I now own 2.

These pens are really great concept and the oroduct is of high quality

Felt very extravagant getting Tom's Studio board pens for school, but you only pass your ECT once! They arrived very quickly and look fabulous. I've just used the tips that come with the pens, but I know that if I wanted to, I could change out the tips to vary the thickness.

If I were going to give some constructive criticism to Tom's Studio, it's that the ink that comes with the pens is a little more difficult to erase than that used in many disposable board pens. As a result, I'm getting an unplanned arm workout several times a day at work. Overall, though I'm very happy with the products, the service I've received, and their delivery.

I love this brand and their Customer Service is second to none. They are amazing and I am addicted to those wonderful pens...

Absolutely love my Tom's Studio pens! I started with a Wren and I love to buy various colours and change the ink to suit my needs. I recently also added the set of Ori highlighters to this and I can genuinely say they bring me immense pleasure during my working day! A mundane task like highlighting reports can in fact be improved with some beautiful stationery!!

Tom's Studio is top-notch! The pens are so robust and thoughtfully designed. Recently, I ordered a highlighter as an early bird and it was with me within a couple of days. The ink is my favourite (currently using Loch Ness!).

They're great, their customer service is brilliant, and the products are clearly made with love. Would 100% recommend, and wish I owned one of their beautiful new fountain pens.

I hesitated for some time before making a purchase from Tom's Studio, as the pens are expensive and the exchange rate multiplies the pain. But I was intrigued, particularly by the capillary action ink feed. Having used many fountain pens over the years I know that ink feeds can be unreliable and inconsistent, but this looked innovative. So I eventually purchased a "Lumos Pro Duo". The barrel of the pen is of high quality, being machine metal, probably annodised aluminium. I was please to note that the pen came with a range of different tips for different writing styles, and that the cost of the replacement tips is quite reasonable. The ink feed worked as advertised and the pen writes smoothly. Because the pen is refillable with fountain pen ink, it should be cost effective in the long run, in spite of the significant purchase price. I have one quibble, which is that only one cap is provided, though the pen has two working ends. Without a cap, the tip dries out. I ended up buying an extra cap. I thought the omission of a second cap was just stingy.

I subsequently purchased and Ori highlighter which I've not yet had an opportunity to use, in addition to a "one-dip-nib", perhaps more widely known as a ruling pen. Although the quality is superb it does not work as efficiently as the Duo. I've used many dip pens over the years so I know that this is not unusual.

It wasn't until I actually held the lumos Duo for the first time that I realized just how fantastic it is. I don't have to buy new plastic refills every other month; I can simply dip the cotton reservoir into one of my many beloved ink bottles. The tips are easy to switch and the pen is just a joy to write with. I also have a pocket fountain pen with a semi-flex nib. I did have some issues with the nib not working properly at first. The customer support was amazing! I received a bunch of great advice on how to fix the problem, and when that didn't work I got sent a new nib right away. I have ordered from Tom's Studio three times now and I will be ordering several more times in the future.

I have 2 wren pens (I like having 2 different colour inks) and they have replaced all of my other pens. These are my go to for work and home. I absolutely love how they feel when i'm holding them and when I write with them. The nib glides on the paper and doesn't bleed! The team at Tom's have been super helpful and I love how they show you how to reink the pens etc. So so good!

Such impressive, fast service: I received my order - overseas - within the week...and I love the delicious, special teabag that is always included in the packing.

Treated myself to the pocket fountain pen and wow! It is such a beautiful writer and to not have my fingers covered in ink just makes it perfect.

I wanted a refillable pen and came across Tom's studio. I bought a limited edition wren pen which was lovely to write with but sadly lost it a few weeks later and was gutted to find the edition had sold out and I couldn't replace the one I'd lost. I've now bought a field mouse which I attach to my lanyard at work so I don't lose it, and have been writing with it everyday in cheerful pink ink. It's very dinky but once you get used to how to write with it it's perfect. Toms pens are brilliant writers, very smooth and almost like a fountain pen but without all problems of runny ink, and the refill system is ingenious.

I actually had to contact customer service because part of my order was missing but they sorted out the issue swiftly and efficiently.
I am so freaking excited to get my Advent Calendar when it’s released because one tiny Lumos is never enough, and now I’m singing Greatest Showman in my head!
