Excellent service. Had a bit of an issue with a pre-order, but this was satisfactorily resolved within 24 hours. Will happily buy from Train Trax again.

By far the best place to buy Kato models in the UK. My order was shipped quickly and was exceptionally well-packaged. Pricing was also fairer than other retailers.

It's a good model and it runs well
It's a good model and it runs well. However I don't think for a postal cost £4.96 a Jiffy bag for protection represents good value for money. Use a box next time.

Hi Michael, whilst we have never had issues with breakages using Jiffy bags and extra bubble-wrap, should you wish us to dispatch in a box we are always happy to accommodate.
