I paid $16.95 for a specific day delivery however, your business wouldn't guarantee the delivery to the reception in the foyer of an office building, let only the floor of the business. The main reason why I would order from your company would be for a corporate gift, I will now no longer consider you a viable option due to your delivery standards. Shame, as your products are lovely.

Slow delivery & Hopeless customer service
Ordered a next day delivery for Adelaide city. No hamper delivered the next day. Phoned them. They said they were delivering it in 6 days time!!! My friend had departed by then so had to cancel. Extremely disappointed. Next day delivery promise is not to be believed! Wasted a huge amount of time on phone trying to sort this unsuccessfully then trying to cancel.

We're sorry to hear about this experience. Cheese hampers are not available for next day delivery to South Australia due to temperature controlled freight requirements. We understand this was disappointing, especially with your friend's visit affected, and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We have looked into your order and can see it was placed on the Friday after our warehouse had closed for the week, so it was dispatched on the following Monday. From there, tracking shows it was delivered within 2 business days.
