Wonderful Diamond Anniversary Gift
The anniversary gift book that we got was wonderful. It will be a lovely gift for for parents anniversary. The gift box was worth the additional cost as it really finishes this gift off.

Ordering was easy until I was asked to…
Ordering was easy until I was asked to prove I was me. I had to go to Barclays app (which I don’t have). I was then declined to purchase this item. Luckily I have an app with another bank, so could use that app. What happens if a person doesn’t have an app for their bank? Thought I’d let you know, as it may lose you some custom. Looking forward to receiving the cushion!

I am sorry to read this Lynne, however the banking security is between yourself and your bank, it's not something we have put in place or have control over, however I am pleased you were able to place an order. For anyone who does not have online banking and their bank requires approval to purchase, they usually have their mobile phone number set up so they can receive a text message with a code. We can also take orders over the phone for customers who are struggling with this.
