Beautiful vase , exactly like the photo.
However when it’s arrived there are clips in the glass all around the top rim of the vase.
This was brought as an anniversary gift so I haven’t got time to return.

Website promised vouchers in 30 minutes. And whilst the account set up was quick, the vouchers didn't turn up (paid £116 for a friends 60th birthday present).

Emailed the team, no response.

Avoid using these guys unless you like disappointing friends on their birthday.

It arrived very quickly and packaged well Good quality but unfortunately I am unable to give it as a gift. I read that its 20 characters but it let me write "love always from Glen" but when it came it has "love always from GL" I forgot the spaces but normally it does not let you type beyond what you are allowed. Disappointing

Booked gift voucher for guitar lessons for our son’s birthday. As first time customers we were promised 20% discount when subscribing, discount voucher wasn’t emailed. After a couple of emails all was sorted in a professional manner. I’m sure our son will enjoy his guitar experience.

I was horrified to discover that I had ordered £150 of goods when I was only expecting to pay £20 or so
But I must say l have had very positive feedback when I questioned my issue and I am keen to solve this issue and return the purchase for a full promised refund

I think the best review you can give a company is when something goes wrong as can happen it is how they resolve the issue.
Dylan on their customer service line was polite and really helpful and solved the issue in 1 phone call I was very impressed.

Gift is not personalised which was a pity given that we asked for the recipients name to be added. And his birthday message was omitted too. So it all looks quite generic. And it took >24 hours to be delivered.

I purchased an 80th birthday present ‘on the day you were born’ poster. I carefully completed details required and my husband checked ( after all it was THE DAY YOU WERE BORN!)
After completing the order with a 2-3 day delivery timescale 4 days later and close to when the present was needed … nothing! No delivery updates nothing except the invoice and there on checking the small print of the order the date was INCORRECT! I contacted them immediately regarding the order and error and heard NOTHING.
When it finally arrived I again contacted them in regard to my disappointment of the error on the printing of the date I, I received no acknowledgement or apology.
It cost £20 plus postage and was a simple printed poster in a cheap frame and could easily have been re-printed but they chose to simply ignore the complaint and left us embarrassed on a significant birthday giving a present which was based on the date with the wrong birthdate. Very poor service & consideration to customers!
Never again would I use this company or recommend them!

Scammers and thieves beware, wish I'd read the reviews before wasting my money, don't believe the false reviews they have on their website

How can I write a review if I haven’t received the goods yet?.?????

I ordered an item 8 days ago in time for fathers day and have still not received it. After several phone calls and emails to the company they said they had no order from me. I then had to prove I made the order with copies of bank statements and screen shots of the order confirmation . What company makes you do that when you have an order number. After getting no where for days they finally tell me the order is out of stock. This company never once called or emailed me to tell me this was not of stock. It's now to late for me to order else where. A very bad company that have severly let me down. I have been told they will refund me , but the way they operate I will be lucky to get it this year if at all

Just received the item I ordered and very pleased with result. The website does not do the gift justice. It is better than expected. Great framing and a lot of information included. Quick delivery and nicely packed to avoid any damage. Hopefully recipient will like the gift
