I have just received my order and unfortunately I am very disappointed it’s supposed to be a mantel clock but the clock is so small it would be nearly impossible to read unless you are very near it also the writing is difficult to read because it’s at the back I don’t think I’ll be buying anything else from you

I ordered a gift on 7th of May and I’m yet to receive it at time of writing 18th of May don’t purchase anything from this company if you need it in a hurry
After contacting customer service I received a reply a day later apologising and promised to get back to me after contacting supplier I still have no communication

The website was easy to use and was able to personalised the gift I wanted. It arrived fairly quickly and was well packaged.

I wasn't provided with an update for when the product was shipped so I had to chase them for an update. Then, no one responded to my email within 48 hrs (as promised on the website). When I did reach them over the phone, they advised that they did email me, but I never received the email.

Also, the frame this anniversary gift comes with is quite low quality. I guess the price reflects this, but I would be willing to pay a bit more for a frame that was a bit more substantial (e.g., actual wood frame with actual glass).

As it stands, what this comes with is a plastic frame with clear Perspex or plexiglass which isn't what I would call a quality product. Thus, I now have to source a decent frame.

I accidentally put my home address in for delivery instead of where I needed it to go. I realised as soon as the order was complete, so I emailed their customer services to ask for the address to be corrected. I got no reply at all, despite several attempts to contact them. We then had to go away for a few days, at which point the delivery came to my address and was left out in the rain (Royal Mail's fault). I now have the problem of forwarding the gift to the correct place. It has missed my nephew's birthday, which is just a bit annoying. I won't be using this company again.

The website was not easy to use. I managed to purchase two of the same item, as neither time at the basket stage did it say funds taken. I only found this out by looking at my bank account
They have offered to refund one but not happened yet & it did seem a lot of trouble for them & they thought it was my fault.
I will not be using this website again.

I ordered a hamper for a 80th birthday present and paid extra to ensure the delivery was on March 16th. It did not arrive on March 16th. After several phone calls it failed to arrive on March 17th. I was given profuse apologies and eventually it turned up n March 18th. He won't have another 80th birthday. I won't be using this firm again
