Bought a driving experience voucher for a friends 60th birthday. Something different to usual gifts. Easy to order and received as described

Purchased this item on behalf of a friend, she was very pleased with it, ordering was easy and it was delivered within two weeks which included the new year period, so really quick.

The professionalism with which my request was handled is both much appreciated and helpful.
All literature is well presented, clear and explains the experience in an easily understood manner.
Having requested the hard copy for presentation to friends, a backup e-mail copy was again, helpful.
I consider the experience is certainly most exciting and definitely different to the usual "Afternoon Tea".
I now await the results of the experience, however, the initial thanks were most effusive, so a hit to start with and I shall be looking to use other "Day Out" formats as presents in the future.

A simple straight forward ordering process, and a timely delivery just as promised, made this a great buying experience. Our order arrived just in time for the birthday it was for. A quality product, which was well received and will hopefully last for a few birthdays more.

I have never received my order and I have sent loads of emails and there have not responded and then there sent me a email asking if it was ok I don’t know never got it I have asked for my money back and there have just kept ignoring me so I would say never buy from this company as there take your money and never send you what you order

I booked a meal and theatre experience through them, this was passed on to OMG hotels, I recieved an email confirming and advised that tickets would be sent 48 hours before the show we had requested, after chasing for several times when the tickets did not arrive I was emailed at 065.39 on the day that the tickets were not available and that we could rebook, we have tried to rebook and I have also asked for some compensation as we had taken time off work, and booked a train and a hotel, we have not heard back since despite many emails, they cannot be contacted on the website, so please beware if using this company

Ordered the voucher for my two grandchildren
and their parents. They will love the chocolate
experience. It was so easy to order the vouchers
and they were delivered within 2/3 days

I am still waiting for my parcel to arrive so am unable to review it. Not very helpful when you fill in a complaint form only had an ortimated text. Would not buy from this company again.

Received order promptly and very pleased with the quality and price, of my personalised snowglobe decoration for tree.

I gave a negative response on another site and cannot retract it!
I would just like to say, that my order was dispatched on time and without a problem.
The only issue I have as mentioned on another site, was I wanted to know if my order had been sent and had no response whatsoever after sending out enquiry emails!
I would've given a 5 star rating if someone had responded to me.

I contacted their customer service to request a review of two gift experiences that were gifted to me and my family last Christmas. Unfortunately, both had expired by a month. They made no attempt to assist or provide a solution. It’s clear they don’t value their customers’ satisfaction. I strongly advise against buying from this company

There are several terms for gift experience vouchers that are not presented to the user when purchasing. When these are later presented to you, the customer service team simply inform you that your purchase is non-refundable, and no further discussion is entertained..

This is mis-leading at best, and entirely unhelpful.

Edit: Additional information added following the reply the company provided to my original review: Despite seemingly offering to help they have not contacted me, nor have they responded to any subsequent attempts to speak to them.

This just reinforces my opinion that they have no interest in actually supporting customers.

It was easy to order, the gift was of good quality and delivered within three days. The person who received the gift was very happy with it.

Where do I start with this one.

I received a gift experience voucher for a gift for a overnight stay and spa treatment at Peebles Hydro. The gift voucher had a expiry date of April 2026.

When trying to book the voucher it was done through a company called PureSpaUK (also another shocking company). Long story short, after nearly 4 weeks of trying to book I was advised the gift voucher no longer is accepted and I should contact The Gift Experience for a refund.

On contacting, not at any point did they take my name, any contact details. They advised they would supply a refund, of which I then gave my bank details but still wasn't asked my name.

5 weeks it's taken me to finally get a refund from this company. They were ignoring emails, deflecting the issue on phonecalls. I can honest say I've sent about 25 emails and made at least 20 calls. Their customers service is atrocious.

It's clear this company are selling vouchers with longer expiry dates to make them seem more appealing.

I've asked on numerous occasions for a email address or phone number to make a complaint, and not once given any information. Yes they have a customer service email address however this emails get ignored.

Honestly hands down one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.

Avoid at all costs!!!

Absolutely dreadful. Passed to omg hotels for the booking for some reason. Booked dinner on the wrong date so couldn’t do that and haven’t yet sent through the theatre tickets and I am supposed to be leaving for London in an hour. Do not use this absolute disgrace of a company.
