Rubbish service, not received goods and getting no replies to emails. Goods have been paid for. Can’t find time to deal customers but happy to keep sending emails to rate them.

Arrived well packaged. This company makes lovely unusual gifts for special birthdays. Looking forward to giving the trinket box with date of birth and name.

Making the order was easy enough, and I didn’t know I made a mistake on it but luckily I was contacted about it.
Which I thought was very nice to check in with me rather than do my order and be wrong.

Good value and quality. Something just a bit different

Firstly, there was no communication after the purchase was made. Ordered next day delivery on Thursday evening, so expected it on Tuesday, but never arrived. Then there was the item I ordered, a clock with the family coat of arms and whatever personalisation, what I thought was a lovely wooden clock, well it’s a cheap plastic clock and certainly nowhere near worth what I paid. This was a gift to my husband and brother in law, and I still have it, too embarrassed to give that as a gift. Was absolutely gutted as I was so excited to see it, until I did. Complete waste of money and definitely would not recommend.

Very low quality cup. The printing is faded and not easily readable. It was a gift for someone.

Easy to order and was delivered safely and quickly by Royal Mail. Cushion and printing was exactly as I had ordered. Really pleased with purchase.

Ordering was so easy. Anniversary mugs, personalised wording easy use and was delivered in less than a week. Packed very well and mugs were perfect.

I purchased a light box, it was well made and good value for money, ultimately it was my fault, but I was a little confused by the first 2 headings, the name part, and I filled in the names the wrong way, so it basically says from my partner's name to me, instead of the other way round, my mistake and I would buy again but be more careful

First Class service from a reputable company who we have used previously.
The junior driving experience for my 12 year old grandson was hugely successful. There were add ons available at the circuit which I would like to have paid for in advance for him.

Although there is an abundance of things you can gift I soon found exactly what I was looking for. Not one, but three Aston Martins available to drive in a convenient location. My husband hasn’t done the experience yet. However the buying experience was smooth and I would highly recommend.

The choice of gifts was just what I was looking for to give to a friend. I wanted it to be sent to them as a card/voucher rather than an email voucher. This wasn't straightforward as I had to use their address as my own which isn't ideal and something that needs looking at. That's my only criticism as the gift, price and choices were really good

I do appreciate the Christmas holidays and bank holidays.
