Lovely and memorable experience
Very easy to navigate through the website. I love the layout on the cushion for the front and the space to write personalised message. So lovely.
Order received very timely. I ordered on the 30th September and it arrived on 7th October. It was exactly the way I saw it on the web site. It gave me confidence to present it as a gift on the 13th of October. Thanks for the quick response.

Awful
Ordered a personalised "day you were born" chart for my mothers birthday. Absolute rubbish - contained very little factual information and looked like a child had done it as a school project. No way I was giving it to my mother as a gift so a complete waste of money. Requested a refund but was refused. Would never shop here again.

I am sorry to read you are unhappy with your order. I have read your email that has previously been dealt with and can advise the photos on the website show the exact product and information to ensure customers are fully aware of what they are purchasing and will be receiving, and it does not look or contain any different information in ‘real life’ to the photos. The item is as shown, described, and is personalised, therefore I'm afraid as advised we cannot issue a refund.
