There is a green button under the billing address that says 'Use Alternarive Delivery Address'. This just needed to be clicked to then fill in a different address for the order to be sent to. It would have been great if you'd given us a quick call to ask how to do this, rather than leave this poor rating review.

Late o clock
Ordered my personalised plate on the 14th of September for an anniversary present. It was stated the item would be dispatched within 5-7 days. 20 days later the parcel arrived. Told it was despatched and it clearly wasn't, totally disorganised, unprofessional and misleading. Steer well clear.

We are sorry to read your order took so long to arrive. I'm afraid once its's in the hands of the postal service we have no control over how long it takes to process through the delivery network to then be delivered. I can however see from the tracking this was sat at your local sorting office for 8 days before yourself or someone on your behalf collected it, which has put the delay on you having the parcel as there was no answer when they originally attempted delivery to your address.

Gift wrapping is too expensive
Some great gift ideas, and I don't mind paying extra for next day delivery - but £4.45 PER ITEM for gift wrapping is daylight robbery. I am not impressed, and this has put me off using this site again.

Really unhappy with this company
Really unhappy with this company. We ordered some personalised gifts for our parents’ golden wedding anniversary. The gifts were apparently despatched on Monday, we needed them by Friday of the same week and they have not arrived. I called and the company on the Thursday, and they said I had chosen 2nd class delivery, which I don’t remember doing, but even so, having checked their website again, it just says standard class. I think it should be made more obvious when this option is selected (and this is the default) that it is 2nd class and could take forever. Why not have first class as the default? Who would want 2nd class? Also the company states that they despatch items within 24 hours, which gives the impression of a quick delivery, which is probably why I made the mistake of standard delivery. With all due respect, I am only interested in when the goods arrive, not when they are despatched. This claim seems misleading to me. I feel really let down that we have no presents to take to the meal this evening. I won’t be using this company again. We try to use companies outside of Amazon to give others a chance but are let down every time. So we will just have to stick with Amazon. And when I spoke to them, they didn’t seem concerned at all and just blamed Royal Mail. As I mentioned to them, my order is with them, how they choose to get it to me is up to them. So blaming Royal Mail is not an excuse to me.

Once again we are sorry to read you are unhappy, however as per our conversation on the telephone you misunderstood the word dispatch to be delivery which is incorrect. These words are different and are not misleading. We need to state how long it will take for the item to be dispatched so you can then work out which delivery to choose to also work out an estimated delivery date. We also advised on the phone that the delivery on your order was standard post which is second class post, and this is in the hands of Royal Mail and we cannot control how fast they process and deliver. A qucker delivery service could have been chosen as there are 4 in total which are all listed underneath eachother.
