After purchasing a personalised wooden wine box, which was very easy to do & a very quick delivery! Unfortunately I wasn't entirely happy with the personalisation, after being in touch with a gentleman by the name of Syd, all was rectified, another wine box was sent out within a couple of days & I am entirely happy with my purchase, very good service 👍thanks

Ordered the day you were born for my father's 80th birthday. It is no more than a laminate on a bit of card which I could have made myself FOC. It cost £22.00. I have contacted the company expressing my dissatisfaction had a brief email back saying sorry you are disappointed but cannot refund. They really could not care less as they have taken my money. THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL BE USING THIS COMPANY - DISGUSTED.

Once again we are sorry to read you do not like the item, however as already discussed what has been delivered to you is what is shown on the website, and as it's a personalised item we cannot refund it just because you don't like it, I am sorry.
Amazing customer service
Placed an order online however my postage option was defaulted back to standard delivery when I had clicked for next day delivery. I contacted customer service , spoke to an advisor Syd after about 5 seconds, he managed to upgrade my order to next day delivery and everything was sorted within about a minute. Never experienced such quick and efficient customer service in my life 👍🏼 Brilliant. Thanks again Syd

Gift Experience in Shropshire leave well alone😔
I bought a Anniversary gift on the 13th of July and paid extra postage it as I was hoping to get it by Friday but did not so went on the phone and he said you will receive it on Saturday and it is now late Monday the 18th and still nothing so phoned again and he was not helpful as the only thing he said its been posted and his attitude was you will get it when you get it, I asked for a refund on the postage as it was supposed to be here with in 2days and he said no chance, customer care is shocking and if you do buy from there be warned you won't get it on time so leave well alone from the Gift Experience in Ellesmere in Shropshire 🤬🤬🤬 BAD EXPERIENCE 🤬🤬

Hi Malcolm and thank you for your review. As per telephone and email conversations, you've unfortunately misunderstood the word 'dispatch' as 'delivery'. The item shows it’s dispatched within 1-2 working days, and you've assumed this meant delivered within this time which is incorrect. The order was placed on Wednesday 13th July was dispatched on Friday 15th July by your chosen delivery method, First Class Post. Delivery is estimated within 2 days by Royal Mail, meaning we cannot and did not give you a delivery date as they do not provide one meaning we’d be completely making one up, we can only advise of the estimated time. The speed of delivery is entirely dependent on Royal Mail processing and delivering as quickly as they can, and is not something we can control; however it is in transit wit them so expect delivery shortly.

I found The Gift Experience when I searched for Graduation gifts. I found the site easy to navigate around and everything is clear on descriptions and prices. Checkout was user friendly and quick. I have signed up for notifications form this company. This is my first order and if the gifts turn up in a good quality I will definitely be recommending this company/site to family and friends.
