Whole School Provision Review Training:
A great opportunity to work with our colleagues across the trust under Anita's expertise and guidance. Valuable to share experiences, ask questions and move forward confident in the knowledge shared by Anita.

An interesting process to learn about and looking forward to implementing it and seeing what results we get! Hopefully we will get time to share across the Trust.

Informative training on facilitating a whole school provision review.

Excellent. Being a SENCo can be lonely and it is sometimes difficult to know if you are covering what you need to, in the correct ways. Anita made things clear and gave examples which I will most definitely use.

Well planned and delivered training course. As a new governor, this was exactly what was needed. A lot was covered. The Instructor was so knowledgeable and gave some really useful and valuable examples and advice.

Extremely helpful presentations: lots of questions for us to use; lots of links to know where to search out more information as and when we need it and most importantly in equipping us to do our role well so we can be part of the process of ensuring our school has strong ambition for all our pupils including SEND pupils

Excellent course with useful resources provided, and some brilliant top tips for how to excel in your role as well as personally. The course was engaging with lots of examples, real-life situations and was interactive. I really appreciate the long-term resources and the way that the learning was personalised - Anita really listened to our roles and experiences to adapt the training to us.

This was a really useful course as someone preparing to fulfill the SENCo role. It gave me lots of practical tips for organising my time and for supporting other staff as part of the team. It was really helpful to be sign posted to the most important documents and legislation as well.

I would recommend any new (or nearly new) SENCO to sign up for Anita's 'New to SENCO' course. It was great to be able to talk through the various requirements and processes involved with the job and have the chance to discuss, on an individual level, the needs of my particular school. I have come away with a wealth of useable resources, lots of great ideas and above all, a better idea of how to perform my role effectively and efficiently.

The SENDCo coaching session today was fantastic. Anita provides excellent advice and support. This sort of support is vital for SENDCos who are often struggling, alone in the role, making decisions and judgements and having a resource/ opportunity like this makes a huge difference.

Anita was absolutely amazing and gave me a strategic streamlined perspective with some of the operational challenges we face as SENCO's. I would recommend to everyone to come and have a chat with Anita.
