I was not looking for a new job but Sterling approached me on LINKEDIN with an opportunity. They provided me with Team Members LinkedIn profiles and I discovered we knew each other or had same connections. I was contacted about a role which had just launched, and was given some very clear, open and honest details about the business and the risks that I’d be taking if I were to further my interest.
