Not sure if they are the best on the market because :) I choose not to work with other agencies because of their approach toward the individual, the person they are working with.
I felt like good friends. My last two jobs were secured by them. My first experience was with Joe for at least 4 years, and after his leaving, I dealt with Sam and Hannah who exceed my expectations: they are kind, thoughtful, and caring, they listen and they will find the best job for your needs in the most professional way.
I will never look somewhere else than The Sterling Choice.

Smooth process, and always communicating
Excellent support the whole way through the process. They keep in touch and will always do what’s best for you.
They have helped me secure 2 roles over the last few years.
However, in my opinion what makes them the best is the comms, nothing complicated the whole process was smooth.
