Really, really useful. Even though I have been a SENCO for a while, my understanding of the purpose and how to write a meaningful and useful policy and SIR is so much better. I have lots of ideas I can immediately begin to work on, as well as longer term ideas to make improvements to the way we are doing this. Handouts and examples also fantastic.

This was a very eye opening course to how to handle difficult conversations. It helped me think about not only how to initiate a conversation that could become difficult but also how to reflect on previous conversations I have had. This course also helps you reflect and look at how you have interpreted difficult conversations where you have been on the receiving end, looking at intent, impact and forgiveness. A really great course with lots of practical and relevant ideas. Also Anita and Steve are both incredibly professional and welcoming in their approach with lots of experience and practical tips.
