The Provision Review training with Anita was far better than what I was expecting. I gained clarity on how to elicit and draw together the lived experiences of a variety of stakeholders and formulate these high quality teaching expectations into an easily accessible two page document.

I have just completed the Provision Review training with Team ADL. It really is a superb opportunity for schools to develop a very simple, supremely effective approach to reviewing provision for all learners, not just those with SEND. It is rooted in change theory and truly is an excellent example of 'simple, but effective.' It will reduce your workload and your paperwork and will give you so much more information and, more importantly, better quality information and evidence about what it is that you do well and what could be improved. Very inspiring and highly recommended!

Informative and practical training to enable the provision review process in school. Introduction to developing the Provision document and all it's uses.

Great provision review training with Anita. Real clarity in helping us review our provision in such a way that it enables us to gain an holistic picture of all focus groups not only SEND through one process. This is not a bolt on but rather school improvement through a simple framework with a clear theory of change and research methodology. Our school has 1800 students and this approach is efficient, sustainable and will reduce workload. Highly recommend!

I recently attended Anita's New to SENCO CPD and it was some of the best training I've ever recieved, There were two, three hour sessions and they absolutely flew by. Anita gives practical advice based on her years of experience in SEND and refers to the relevant legislation and statutory guidance all through her warm and engaging delivery.
