Anita is so so knowledgeable and shares her expertise with such enthusiasm - sharing her experiences of SEN along the way too. I would highly recommend Anita and the Four Areas of Need course, whether new to SEN or to build up your own CPD/knowledge... there's something for everyone to learn!

I attended the VIP session on Identity with Anita today. Her delivery, knowledge and insight into the world of the SEND leader and those they work with has been enlightening. Anita simplifies the complex, and has given me many tools, strategies and points of thought to get me prepared for my upcoming SENDCO role. Great session, provided for free, but which gives information you can't put a price on! Thanks Anita, I look forward to attending many more sessions.

Anita spoke at my LAs recent conference and was exceptional. Her knowledge and passion for SEND support and leadership is infectious. I have left with motivation to utilise the toolkit she speaks about to improve not only my effectiveness and and efficacy in the role, but also my well-being.

Jenny's knowledge, experience and passion for Supervision really comes across in her delivery. It was great to be part of an interactive session to discuss and share thoughts and experiences and have the opportunity to learn from others there as well as from Jenny herself. The session was informative as it covered definitions, models, session structures and learning what sets supervision aside from coaching and mentoring. A must for anyone thinking about becoming a supervisor or wanting more information on the types of supervision available out there and how this should be structured. Thank you Jenny!

Anita has worked with me to complete New to SENCo training and a Provision Reviewer training in the last couple of months.
I have found the training to be supportive and highly organised. I have also felt, as a new SENCo, empowered and professionalised to carry out my role. The tools Anita has given me will be passed on to others and implemented in my own practice during my future career as a Special Needs advocate.
