I was part of training as group of sencos and I found the training excellent. It was clear, practical and focused. Being an experienced senco it was good to feel like I was learning and developing again.

Anita worked with us today. The whole experience was excellent and very focused. Anita worked with different groups of people across our school and community. It was a wonderfully inclusive and thought provoking day. I have learnt a lot from Anita. We, as a school, found it an incredibly rewarding experience and this is a turning point for our school. One of the most life affirming things I learnt today was how to be comfortable in the fog.
Thank you Anita for everything and I am really looking forward to working with you in the near future.

The process of the provision review has been really helpful in promoting professional dialogues with colleagues around the high quality teaching we provide for all of our pupils. It has also helped us highlight how we can use the final document in many ways across the school. The initial training around policy and SEND information report was extremely helpful in supporting us with developing documents that were accessible for all key stakeholders. The training we received to deliver the provision review was clear and supportive.

Excellent session - after several years as a SENCo, I learned a lot that had never been set out before. The session was explained perfectly for both SENCos and Governors, and should drive real change (for the better) in how we do our reporting. Looking forward to the next session.

SEND VIP Sessions - I would highly recommend to every Senco! Anita really takes the time to get to understand the needs of your school as well as the needs of you as a Senco. From there she helps you refine and develop a vision for your school that would be understood by all. She had her work cut out with me as i am useless at thinking of metaphors but she supported and guided and together we produced a fantastic vision and then talked about how to make it easy and visual for the entire school community. I am excited to get started, share with my staff and embed the new visuals / vision into our school practices.

The course was very helpful and insightful in how we viewed different and difficult conversations. It was useful to review a difficult conversation we had had in the last week or so and then reconsider how we could have changed it to be more meaningful and/ or consider how effective a different approach may have been. Course was well presented and easy to access.

The provision preview training was spot on - no waffling and lots of great resources shared. As a result of the training, we feel suitably equipped and inspired to undertake a review in our school and we are really looking forward to it.

The Provision Review Training by Anita Devi was invaluable. Anita created an atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable to discuss, share and have a go. The process was very well delivered and clearly thought out to ensure all stakeholders taking part in the review feel valued and listened to, whilst still celebrating all the positive elements already in place to support pupils. The training enabled us to leave feeling confident about running our own reviews and resources and strategies suggested are effective and focus on impact for pupils but also wellbeing for staff. Anita is inspirational - all settings would benefit from attending this training.

The review days have proved invaluable to our school. The support and challenge has allowed leaders to reflect on school practise to maximise the impact for ALL learners with a strong focus on improving SEND practise across the whole school.

Superb training given by Anita, really informative and supportive. The content on the four areas of need was really valuable to complete as a new SENCo. The SEND: Four Areas of Need Course presented by Anita has been hands down the most effective and useful course I have completed, in any aspect of my teaching career. It filled the many gaps left by the National SENCo Award-the hands on day to day aspects of being a SENCo and how to support all children with SEND.
I have returned to school each week with enthusiasm to talk over my 'take away' from the session and how I want to implement these into our school.
I finally feel I have had many of my questions answered and have increased confidence in my role now due to this! Thank you to Anita for sharing her expertise and knowledge.

Great sessions, really enjoyed and found them to be informative and useful. Now on the hunt for more tools and objects to use to help support students with their needs and will also prioritise all my actions so that have an impact in my setting.

The Provision Review Training by Anita Devi was exceptional. The process was devised well to provide myself and the SENCO with thorough training, giving us the confidence to review provision. A very useful course for all new SENCOs. Full of practical ideas and a very open and friendly forum where you feel comfortable to ask questions and share any concerns. Invaluable for reassuring me and also for developing my knowledge.

This course has been the most informative . It has really helped with the practical day to day tasks of the job, how to be/what is a leader. The self reflection has been massive. The tools are practical and organised and will support me in my role to organise and prioritise.

Great course. So much information given and loads of brilliant resources. I just wish I had been in the role longer to have more knowledge of how to apply them...no doubt that will come. Thanks so much for your patience and advice on just starting out in the role.
