Now more difficult to recycle used pods!
Tassimo need to update their website which states "Easy to recycle with podback". In view of Podback's recent decision to dispense with the services of Yodel for sending used pods for recycling, this is no longer the case.
Instead they are relying on either local Council collections for used pods (not currently available in my area) or customers dropping them off at various supermarket collection points. In my case, the nearest drop-off point being an 8 mile round trip to a supermarket I never use, or even go near!
Therefore, having been able to send my used pods for recycling via a local, easily accessible, Yodel collection point for several years, I will now be reverting to disposing of the used pods with my general waste - a big step backwards for the environment!
Unfortunately they use amazon drivers…
Unfortunately they use amazon drivers to deliver your coffee who can not be bothered ringing the door bell or pressing the ring door bell, they left my £120.00 (30 packs) on the doorstep in full view of the main road in the rain. I had no notification either because they changed the delivery time 3 times that day, I will order them from kaffe shop next time who use a proper delivery company and who do care for their customers. I did let Tassimo know but got a generic response ! So obviously they ain't bothered.
Völlig überteuert und mangelhaft
Eigentlich sind die Tassimo Kapseln max.3,79€ wert.Damals kosteten sie 4,99€,dann 5,75€(Schmerzgrenze für mittelmäßigen Kaffee)und nun 6,49€.Ich musste laut lachen und dachte mir habt ihr da Blattgold drin?Nein die Gier hat wieder zugeschlagen und uns verkaufen sie es als Aktion wenn es mal 3,75€ kostete,das ist nämlich der eigentliche Wert der ach so tollen Kapseln.Und wenn man sich eindecken möchte kann das schon mal 3 stellig kosten.Hier stimmt definitiv das
Preis/Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht.Tassimo ist eine mittelmäßige Marke die völlig überteuerte Produkte an Menschen verkauft die hart arbeiten und wenig Geld haben aber auf ein Kaffee am Morgen nicht verzichten möchten.Am besten man schaut sich nach fairen und gerechtfertigten Preisen von besseren Herstellern um.Denn Tassimo ist leider dem Kapitalismus verfallen,wie soviele Firmen.Doch was wenn niemand euren Müll mehr kauft weil ihr es zu weit getrieben habt mit eurer Gier?

What a joke, why would you remove the mocha pods? They are out of stock everywhere and then told by tassimo they discontinued them, its the only one we drink. Lost a customer.
Can’t believe this of Bosch
I think that Robin summed it up, my new machine was also faulty and replaced. This one lasted to just outside the 2 year warranty.
At first they said they had no record of my purchase but suddenly found it after a second phone call when I gave them the details.The machine had not been used for several weeks as they kept changing the date for my cappuccino delivery and after that the coffee was barely hot.Asking if there was anything I could do they said no it’s broken and we can’t do anything, have a nice day!

Orders always cancelled!!
Love a few of the coffees despite the packs and coffees getting smaller, my main issue is they cancel my orders all the time. Issuing refunds for the whole order. No explaination as to why or if I can reorder later etc, they are useless.
Going to start reviewing other machines and get something different as due an upgrade now anyway, stay clear.

Terrible 7 box's of costa Latte pods arrived one of the box where damaged. Try to highlight this with them but to add a photo it needs to be under 5mb . Still didn't let me proceed it a complaint. The box it arrived it was fine it's once I open it 1st packet I noticed they were cover in dry in Milk all stuck to each another

I love my Tassimo had it years. My little treat to me and you can smell the coffee it's my me time moment. Their hot chocolate lovely too. Enjoy the little things.
Buying Pods From Tassimo Is Not Cost Effective
The coffee is great but buying their minimum coffee order the money off voucher is swallowed up by postal charges ... Cheaper to buy Tassimo pods at Sainsbury's or from Amazon ... Customers are getting ripped off
Bosch Should be Embarrassed
I have just had a second Tassimo My Way machine fail on me. This is supposedly made by Bosch, and is the flagship model of the Tassimo range. The first one died within it's first year and was replaced. The second held out heroically for three years, but died this morning. Bosch aren't interested as it's out of warranty, but will look at if I send it back to them, at my cost. The repair, if it's even repairable, plus postage, would probably cost more than a new machine. But there won't be a new machine. I'm done with Tassimo. And Bosch should be embarrassed to put their name to this junk. I have a number of Bosch appliances, but there will be no more. I am extremely disappointed. Well then, off to Nespresso I go. Heard the coffee isn't bad......

Where to start, espresso is not espresso even why capsules aren’t cheap. Last time i order online with coupon from company and it said it was accepted and when paid well surprise there for you mate coupon was removed and paid full price and cannot cancel the order or anything. Definitely not a good experience and will change coffee machine soon

Why sell your coffee machine in unlisted country
Why would you sell your coffee machine in a country you don’t wish to allow online registration?? I am in Luxembourg and bought it here, just to find out later that Luxembourg is not even listed on their customer registration site. Initially I thought the country selection is just for language settings purposes so I just selected UK for English unfortunately this means you can only register your coffee machine purchased only in the UK. Means all the other countries listed are tied to the machines purchased in its respective countries. So Luxembourg and Belgium and few more European countries not listed on their portal have no means to register! I can’t write to them because there is no email or chat support. So basically I can’t use the so called rebates or vouchers and won’t be surprised if they discontinue selling the coffee pods in Luxembourg in the near future.I confidently bought this machine because of “Bosch”. So who is responsible for this mishap, is it Bosch or Tassimo? Shame!
Given for free, still not good value for money
Was given a Tassimo machine for Christmas so thought I would give it a go despite poor reviews. The coffee and hot chocolate drinks are weak, perhaps because half the drink powder stays in the pod due to poor design. The level of waste is senseless. It came with a promise of £20 off an order from Tassimo if you registered your machine, but really its two £10 vouchers that can’t be used together and delivery alone is £6. Similarly they offered 25% off if you sign up to our newsletter… But hidden in the small print is a minimum order of £45! We were going to use the discount and voucher to make an order of pods for what they’re worth (next to nothing) but now instead will be offering the machine for free on a local marketplace site. Perhaps someone likes their drinks, but not us…

Ordered milk / coffe machine. Tested just for two cups and found coffee taste disgusting. No way I can drink that thing.
I have called customer service and was told I can't return. Even owned only for one day. No wonder they don't accept returns as they selling very poor quality machines and low quality coffee.
I see this as a scam if you can't return it. Basically they selling garbage with no return policy.
It's a joke.

Aluminium pods
I ordered pods with a two to three day delivery. On third day received an email stating that order hadn't been dispatched and they would notify when. I needed them by that weekend so rang to cancel but they said the order could not be as it's in the terms and conditions. I could either refuse delivery from their courier Amazon or print off a return label. Of course the option to refuse delivery as I wasn't in when the parcel arrived so had to find somewhere to print a label. Over 2 weeks later I have received my refund. Decided not to use Pod machine because the pods are aluminium.
Refund of item
An order I had placed with Tassimo did not get delivered by Amazon Shipping.
Trying to get through to Amazon was pointless they just kept directing me back to Tassimo.
After a few emails Jacobs Douwe Egberts (Tassimo) apologised and said they would refund me. Happy with Tassimo but NOT Amazon Shipping.
Very poor Customer Service
Customer Service don't bother replying, have not got a clue when my order will be delivered. Tried several times to contact them, just seems they are ignoring me. Money taken now nothing.
Update.
Tassimo have now cancelled my full order because of insufficient stock yet still advertise on there website and take payment!
I haven't received my money back yet!
