Very bad experience normally my package arrived quickly now I order them 3 days ago and they said is still delayed to preparing. If I know that take so long I will buy Tassimo capsules on kaffekapslen where pirce is better but delivery take around 6 days.
Packaging Gone Mad
Despite what has been said here I like the coffee and have used it for many years. I have always ordered in outers of 5's (5 packs to a box). I usually get 10 or 15 and the packaging is good for storage and protection.
Now for some strange reason on my last delivery the packs were unpacked from the box's and all squeezed into one big box.
So now instead of having outers to store, I have about 10, I now have all these packets to deal with and somewhere there is a lot of empty boxes to get rid of.
This is not a one off as my neighbour has had the same problem.

Overcharged! Not happy!
Had a 30% discount code from Tassimo for any size order. I usually buy my pods from a supermarket as they're cheaper, but thought this time I'd use the voucher. So placed an order direct with them on their website, on 26th Sept 2024.
Ordered 6 boxes of Costa Americano, it states on the page if you buy 5+ you get 20% off, buy 10+ and get 25% off.
I then checked out the bundles page and saw the 5 box bundle worked out more expensive than getting the non bundle option. So I went back to the non bundle page where you can order from 1 to 40 boxes. Nowhere on that page does it say 5+ or 10+ are classed as 'bundles'. So I went through checkout, entered and activated my discount code then got the order confirmation.
I had not received the 20% discount for buying 5+ boxes (as it stated I would on the page), and had been charged the full price of £6.49 per box instead of £5.19 a box.
Their invoice:
6 Costa Americano @ £6.49 = £38.94
Voucher discount £11.68
Total due £27.26
They'd taken 30% discount with my voucher but not taken the 20% discount for ordering 5+ boxes.
It should have been:
6 Costa Americano @ £5.19 (after 20% discount for buying 5+ boxes) = £31.14
My 30% discount voucher £9.34
Total due £21.80
So I was charged £5.46 too much.
I don't normally buy direct from Tassimo as it's too expensive but seeing as there was a 20% discount on 5+ boxes plus my 30% discount voucher thought I'd order direct and save some pennies.
Got the confirmation email tonight and the order is being delivered by Amazon Shipping but has not despatched yet.
I shan't be ordering direct from them again. Their 'contact us' form doesn't work, it's looping back to 'max 600 characters only' message and my message was around 250 and their security reCaptcha doesn't work properly either. I'll try and speak to a human tomorrow but not holding my breath.
I may only been overcharged £5.46 but these days we all need every penny without being ripped off online.
Too expensive, only a dribble of coffee
Pods are bloody expensive and the amount of coffee you get from them is laughable. These are supposed to be a Batista experience at home but comparing the 3ml of drink I get from any of the Tassimo pods with a £3 Costa from the shops you can easily tell the Costa is actually a better value. It's a shame as my girlfriend bought me this pod machine and it's so disappointing it's never used. I'll stick with instant as I'm not putting through 3-4 pods just to fill my cup
Rubbish access trying to get help.
My new Tassimo machine works well, it's just a pity that Tassimo/Bosch don't.
I have tried on numerous occasions to text/contact/phone Tassimo primarily too no avail.
No matter which route you attempt to go down it takes you back to the same point which is a DEAD END.
Lord knows what will happen if my machine has problems as I moved from LAVAZZA as their machines leaked like sives and now I find I am back to the same poor support. What is it with coffe machine suppliers? It's only hot water and coffees grinds not Alchemy.......

A good product poor service (delivery)
Although the products are excellent and when they have a sale on are at a good price, they insist on using Amazon to deliver their products!
Amazon usually give you a two hour slot that comes & goes then another two hour slot that usually comes & goes and if you are lucky it come by 21:00 or the next day and usually the box is damaged. If only they could sort the deliveries out, it would be a reasonable company to deal with.

Fails to reply to comms issued through its own contact form.
I contacted the manufacturer via their contact page..usual issue; via a form that you cannot retrieve.
The manufacturer never replied.
Also note: Tassimo have not yet 'taken ownership' of our trustpilot reports, the company has not 'claimed' tassimo.co.uk as listed in trustpilots system.
That indicates the level of customer interaction and care that this company affords to anyone who has an issue or a less than satisfactory experience with their products.
My issue, as written, put to the manufacturer Jan 2024:

Our device appears to produce normal coffee. However, it has displayed the 'Cal' warning for 3 months despite the following:
A full Descale operation has been initiated more than five times correctly according to the manufacturer's supplied instructions on each occasion. The symptoms are as follows:
On all occasions, the pump cycles 4 times over a few minutes. Immediately after the 4th cycle, the 'Cup' and 'Cal' lamp cease flashing, remaining lit steady as the 'Tank' lamp begins to flash. After a few seconds the tank lamp occults and the cup/cal lamps dim.
Following this, to prove that there is not an issue with the tank low-level sensor, I am able to initiate a 100ml dispense by recycling the top cover followed by a short press of the dispense button with the cleaning disc still in position.
The cleaning disc barcode and the reader window are both pristine.
Please explain the reason for the descale cycle curtailing early with these indications, considering that the tank level magnet is visibly aloft plus having the ability to dispense drinks and perform a 'quick-clean'/rinse operation as expected without any low level indications.
Tank filled to max for each test.
States on webpage
It states on the webpage, orders delivered in 3 working day. I've made 2 separate orders on the 23rd July 2024. The postage labels was generated on the 23rd of July & is saying items have been shipped. It's the 25th of July now & the items haven't even left there distribution centre yet. So no way will this reach me by the 26th.
I don't know what is happening with this company as it was running perfectly fast & efficient, but the past few orders I've made with them, the orders have arrived late. Also my order last month was short of a sleave of coffee. I rang them and asked if it will be coming in a separate shipment. I was told we will refund you for the missing sleeve. But I didn't want a refund, I wanted a replacement but they told me this is not possible. So I got a refund, reordered & had to pay a shipping fee. Tassimo should of replaced as it was their fault. I just hope these orders are not short when they do eventually deliver
Poor machine, poor after sales service
I purchased a Tassimo coffee machine from Argos 28/4/24 it is already not working correctly, water leaking underneath the drip tray every time I try to use it.
Went into an Argos store only to be told I need to contact Tassimo directly as the machine is more than 30 days old.
This really isn’t good enough! I now have to parcel up the machine and take it to a suitable place to be returned to Tassimo for a repair, I was told it will be returned when it’s either repaired or replaced. In the meantime I have no machine. This is not acceptable for a ten weeks old machine, two weeks out of the ten I didn’t use it as I was away from home. Why is a product malfunctioning after such a short period of time!! I have previously had two other Tassimo machines which both started to explode the pods. This will likely be my last Tassimo purchase as any machine I have had has been unreliable and faulty.
I now have the inconvenience of returning it. In my opinion Argos the retailer should take some responsibility for this being the retailer not just refer me to Tassimo.
Give this mob a wide berth
Ordered some coffee pods from this shocking outfit, waited for nearly 2 weeks, finally amazon have said the order was never shipped to them. looks like they are not able to fulfill their orders when offers are on. Had to contact customer services for a refund, and they had the brass neck to offer another discount code, no thanks
Stay well clear
Stay well clear . Way over priced pods and add shrinkflation, what a rip off. Used to fill a large Costa latte cup now struggle to half fill it. Expensive gimmick.
Couldn't give zero so the 1 is for the quality of the coffee which is ok.

Faulty coffee machine
I dont normally write reviews but this one still irratates me. Ordered a coffee machine back in November 2022 and it didn't work at all, contacted tassimo MULTIPLE times via email and phone calls, kept telling me the same thing which I continued to tell them it doesn't work and then they started ignoring my messages and I gave up in the end because its just ridiculous and caused alot of unnecessary stress. I still have the faulty machine in a box never used because it never worked, waste of money, will never order from this site again because if your unlucky enough like me to get a faulty machine they won't replace it.
Faulty pods
Faulty pods, too much sugar in pods. Stuck with machine I can't return. Purchased a Tassimo Suny machine. Rang after a few days to advise their Costa Cappuccino pods were only giving 150ml of drink between 2 pods. At £6.99 a box this is expensive. Left with boxes of coffee that are undrinkable as there is sugar added to all their milk drinks. Cafe Au Lait my favourite coffee but is truly awful, far too sweet, 1 teaspoon of sugar in a pod. I drink my coffee without sugar. I am still awaiting the outcome of my complaint. I rang to return the machine within the 14 days and as yet no response. I received a partial refund for just one faulty box of coffee and £10 Voucher to use against further purchase but at £6.99 a box and £5.99 delivery this is truly terrible value. Totally regret buying this machine and Tassimo response to too much sugar is their pods is to drink black coffee or add your own milk? Plus the issue of faulty pods as well. I'm going back to my trusted brand Dolce Gusto Krups machine where pods are less sweet and far cheaper and more reliable than Tassimo brand. .
Messing up orders 3x
So basically they are the cheapest store to buy their pods so yes, you'll order from them. Then, they will mess up your order. Either cancel it or send the qrong order. Happened three(3) times!!! It's either their staff are dumb af or their still using windows 95. Man, if I were the boss of that company will defo screen my employee and fired at least 90% of them because what's the point of hiring dumb staff? Y'all need to attend training. Mess, your order apologise and give you 30% voucher which is always available on their website. Boy, y'all need to shutdown.
Such a shame
Such a shame, I had nothing but good to say about tassimo, until a issue with a delivery, have been ordering from the for well over a yr and never had a problem with delivery, but this time I did/do, emailed customer service, they said they were looking into it, got some weird contact from Amazon about delivery, asked them to email me and I would update l, they wk and half later I had still not heard from them. So I email again and 4 days later still haven't heard from them, at this point just want my money back and will buy from somewhere else, such a shame ypur customer service is so shockingly POOR!
