I have been a customer for many years.the service I have received has gone from hero to zero .after my subscription order for over £100 was confirmed I received an email increase the order it’s bellow minimum they emailed me order confirmed,next email credit confirmation.After 4 phone calls with lengthy conversations I thought problem solved,not so everything above repeated. I can't believe this a purchased latte…

I can't believe this a purchased latte pods and this time there was a difference of 3 missing milk it's just not paying anymore if I wanted espresso or capachino I would buy it now it's back to the shop to purchase another packet of latte and a separate packet of milk
One star is generous that's twice this month the packet has been incomplete
Very disappointing
I should have gone with dolce something coffee ☕️

I have been drinking your coffee for about 16 years and I like the most off it is the nabob cafe crema and it was delicious and all my friends and family were happy with it as of 2026 something has changed to it no longer taste good no more cream on to of it I have the old machine and the new machine same thing it does

I recently replaced my previous machine…

I recently replaced my previous machine with a brand-new My Way 2, and while it generally works well, I have experienced a few issues. The water filter occasionally dislodges from its socket and floats out of place. Additionally, there have been a couple of instances where the machine became unresponsive—none of the lights illuminated, and it failed to produce a drink until I switched it off and restarted it. Given that this is a new appliance, I would expect it to operate reliably, so I would appreciate some feedback.

I used to love my chai latte but now it…

The two stars only refer to my order for chai latte. I used to love my chai latte but now it is far too sweet. In order to make it a little better I add boiled milk but that dilutes the flavour. You can add sugar or sweetener but you cannot take it out. It was my favourite drink but I will probably give it a miss on my next order.

WITH REGARDS TO TASSIMO, I would award them 5 STARS for ordering and delivery. I can only thank Tassimo for their easy to order and incredibly fast delivery. Please reduce the sweetness of the Chai Latte or revert back to how it used to be.

I don't want sugary milk

For one they're terrible for the environment, every drink has 2 non-reusable plastic disks that can't be recycled.

I like a cappuccino or a flat white so it ain't great that every single iteration of the pods that work with the machine have 'milk' that tastes like calpol. I'm not one for sweet stuff and it seems stupid to me to force a tonne of sugar into every option rather than just let the customer decide to add sugar if they want. I can't make a drink with this thing now because I don't want diabetes.
Useless item.

Wo ist der Verbraucherschutz ???

6,99 Euro für Kapseln in verschiedenen Sorten Tassimo ???
4,99 Euro war okay , aber meistens nur Angebote gekauft für ca. 3,49 Euro .
Die Tassimo steht still und wird entsorgt , sie nimmt nur wertvollen Platz weg .

Exploding pods!

I bought a Tassimo machine to make myself decaf coffee. However, I estimate 2-3 pods in each pack 'explodes' in my machine. To be clear, it's not the machine as it's never happened with the caffeinated pods. I've had the machine for a year now, I estimate roughly 2 a week have exploded in the machine, therefore Tassimo owe me over 100 pods at 25p each! Did I get a response from Tassimo... Not a chance!

Frustrating

My wife bought me a red My Way 2 for Christmas. When it works it makes a very nice cup of coffee. However, the reason why I have only given it 3 stars is for x reasons.

Firstly, the decaf pods seem to be hit and miss whether they work or not. We have tried Hag and Kenco and about 1 in 3 refuse to work and we have to turn the machine off to release the pod and try again (or boil a kettle!). This is the main reason for the 3 stars.

Secondly, the cup size seems to vary between pod brands. This takes a while to get right as our cups are pretty standard which means it needs to be on the large setting.

Thirdly, the amount of packaging. Non recycled foil wrapper, card wrapper and then eventually the pod which have to be bagged up and taken to Asda where we don’t shop to drop off and apparently sent back to Tassimo.

Normally always have a great service but....

Normally always have a great service, fast delivery when ordering repeat Tassimo pods. Our latest order however had a number of L'Or Intense coffee pods that just would not work (5 in total in a pack). There's nothing wrong with our machine, we have a variety of pods that we use and have no issue. When I contacted customer services to let them know the L'Or Intense pods are not working well, I got the standard response to clean the barcode. They did not take the time to personally answer and have fobbed me off. I will, in future, purchase directly from Amazon who I know will address the issue if there is problem as their customer service is far better. Very disappointed with Tassimo.

Rubbish customer service trying to send item back but they say if you've have used it they won't take it back all though by law you have 28 days if you're not satisfied with electric goods don't buy this machine it's Rubbish

The new Chai Latte discs undrinkable

The new Chai Latte discs taste revolting. Just sweet and sickly. In fact undrinkable. In the past, they were excellent. I normally drink one every evening. Now I am looking to send 150 back. I hope Tassimo goes back to the old formula.

Prices for coffee pods has gone mad

Prices for coffee pods has gone mad! Please look at the prices for the pods before you purchase a Tassimo machine. It doesn't help, that no other pods are compatible. I bought my machine around 5 years ago when pod prices were quite reasonable. Now! because the prices are so high, I will be looking at purchasing a different machine brand and many friends and family members feel the same. CLEARLY Tassimo do not look at their complaints, otherwise they would make note of peoples moans :(

We don't have it, But Tassimo clearly has no respect for their customers

Dear Tassimo UK,

I am writing to formally complain regarding the confirmed “delivery” of our recent coffee order, which was not delivered to our address.

My wife received confirmation that the delivery had been completed and went outside immediately to collect it. No delivery had been made. In addition, the photographic “proof of delivery” provided is definitively not our property or address. I am absolutely certain of this.

This situation raises serious concerns about the reliability and oversight of the courier service you are using. Confirming delivery when no delivery has taken place, and providing an incorrect photograph as evidence, is unacceptable and misleading.

As a result of this failure, we are now without the product we paid for and will be unable to use it as intended. I would appreciate immediate clarification on:
• Where the order was actually delivered
• How this error occurred
• What steps you will take to resolve this promptly

Please confirm, as a matter of urgency, whether a replacement order will be dispatched or a full refund issued. I would also expect this issue to be reviewed internally with the delivery provider to prevent repeat occurrences.

I look forward to your prompt response.

Absolutely Disgusting Horrible Coffee

O.M.G what on earth have you done to Tassimo flat white pods I used to go through 2 packs a day 16 cups because it was beautiful thick creamy I loved it, Now it's absolutely disgusting I just can't drink it anymore at first I thought ok maybe it's just a bad batch so I went to a different shop and bought more and it just tasted the same in fact the other ones actually made me sick , what have you done to it it's absolutely revolting , Never again the machine is in the bin so I will go back to dulce gusto pods , Tassimo sort your recipes out because if you keep selling that crap you will go bust in the UK as well as Germany.
You don't even deserve 1 star sort your act out and get rid of the people who think your coffee is nice because it ain't only good for throwing up !

I bought my usual hot chocolate for my Tassimo, feeling happy that there was 2 extra in the pack, so bought 2 packs. I actually thought it was a faulty batch! What had happened to my lovely hot chocolate.The pods are smaller It’s the worst drink ever, I can’t even describe how bad it was. Weak , no chocolate taste. No body . I’m so disappointed because I chose my tassimo mainly because of the hot chocolate.
