I bought my tassimo back in June, and had two machines replaced !! They sent the last machine back to me after they discovering, the pods were the fault!!!!!!! The machine does not like the Americano decaf pods!!

The Tassimo ordering process just gets worse!
I have been ordering pods regularly from Tassimo for quite a few years.
Over the last twelve months or so the site has got steadily worse.
My recent order does not show on my account, apparently I have not ordered since 2019!
When I placed the latest order it took for ever to process the payment. so much so I exited the site not knowing whether the order had gone through.
I checked my credit card and payment was pending.
I eventually received a confirmation of order from Tassimo. And then a shipping notification the following day. The email said there was a link about delivery, but although the word link was in the email it was greyed out and had no other information.
This has happened previously with their emails.
Logging on to my account I thought I might gat some delivery information. But my account still isn't showing my order or any I have made in the last 6 years.
Trying to contact someone is like trying to find the holy grail! The site just keeps sending you back to FAQ
I'm afraid despite the fact that Tassimo does email me with some very tempting offers, this latest order will be my last.
I used to love the Cadbury's chocolate…
I used to love the Cadbury's chocolate and Milka but what have you done with them? You now get a smaller pod which tastes of saccharin and isnt as chocolatey as it used to be.
Bring back the larger pod instead of 2 extra because they are smaller.
I wont be buying them anymore now
Placed an order on 18th April
Placed an order on 18th April, the site kept crashing so it went to default so my order was messed up.I tried to change the order to what I wanted but was told I can’t I would have return when it can. It did not arrive on the delivery date and was showing pending so tried to cancel. But they only use bots now tried emailing on the 23rd & 27th April but had no response and no order so I opened a dispute with PayPal. Don’t waste your time with this company unless you don’t mind talking to a bot.

Latest offer was a free box of hot chocolate, the website added it to the basket but at checkout i ended up having to pay for it. I have tried to contact them regarding this but 2 weeks later I still haven't had a reply.
Also states 2-3 days delivery but closer to 2-3 weeks.
Absolutely bewildering purchase process
I ordered a coffee machine from the Tassimo website, expecting it to be delivered within a couple of days, as stated. They took my money and then nothing for over a week - no email, no tracking, nothing showing on my account. Eventually I had an email from Amazon (?!) stating my machine would be delivered on the 27th which was 3 days ago. I also had 3 emails from Tassimo saying I'd be refunded for various items I hadn't ordered (or paid for). The machine arrived yesterday and is fine, but the whole purchase process has been bewildering and frustrating. Additionally, the QR codes and links to register the product, get support etc lead to dead pages. It all leads me to think this brand is shutting up shop.
Podback system fails
The new drop of system for Podback is ridiculous, for me it is a 38 mile round trip, what was wrong with Yodel, probably to expensive. Won't be using this again so regrettably all will now go in bin.
Colombian coffee pods are not as expected
Colombian coffee pods are not consistent. I have been using them regularly with occasional bad pods, but my last box 3 out of 6 pods did not produce any froth as i have come to expect. I suspected that my machine needed cleaning, so I ran six tanks through the cleaning process, yet I still had the same results. This I make along with café au lait, which I have had no problems with making correctly. So one star only for that.

Bad service, no updates.
I placed my order on 20 April 2025. The Tassimo took the money from my bank on 23 April. On 24 April, I received an email as they had a technical error, and my order will late. I contacted the support online , but there was no reply. Today, I called, and only " hold on, bear with me." After asking the tracking information on email, I can see as my order is without any actions. Only the label created. I will contact them again later to see where my order. Try to avoid them, as is a bad attitude with the coustumers. 10 days passed, but I still have not received my order. Avoid them!!!

The website states 2-3 days for delivery but it's not at all, more 2-3 weeks. My order was much later last time but I ordered a week ago, have been told it may be sent before Friday. Potentially a two week wait. Don't order from here if in a hurry for it to arrive. Customer Services don't respond to online issues raised and if you call they put the phone down a good few times before you get through. Just really frustrating.
Not Dispatched Coffee Pods
Ordered coffee pods on 22/04/2025. It was written that 2-3 business days delivery. After 6 days it is even not dispatched. No any information on account page, not possible to cancel it. Terrible service. I will call my bank for charge back.

I ordered on the 19th April still not had delivery and it's still not been dispatched. Two phone calls to them and they still can't tell me when it's coming. Awful service. They are quick enough to take me money. But no goods and no refund. After two phone calls it has finally arrived the 29/4/25 10days after I ordered. No sorry! Appalling customer service
Diabolical service
Placed an order 20/4/2025, had not even been dispatched by today 24/4/2025 ! Contacted customer service who replied within an hour or so , that due to technical issue my order would not be delivered for another 6 days . Have been ordering for some time now , but since Amazon Delivery has been introduced, the service has declined big time , on a couple of occasions Amazon claimed to have delivered but had not . It then took some convincing to JDE that this was the case , before I was refunded . I felt I was being accused of trying to get a replacement order for free . I have written back saying that they must move heaven and earth to get my order to me by tomorrow evening , otherwise I want suitable compensation for a totally unacceptable situation .
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Placed an order but a week later no email even saying it’s been dispatched. Called them to be told there’s a delay and it could be weeks before it’s even dispatched never mind delivered. Asked for refund or cancel order as they can’t give an estimated date but told they don’t do refunds or cancellations and I just have to wait. Poor and disappointing and surely not following customer rights / protocol!
Just bought a Happy Tassimo coffee pod…
Just bought a Happy Tassimo coffee pod machine… read loads of reviews and thought it would be good enough for just me, well tried to register it and there is no serial number anywhere on my machine 🤷♂️🤷♂️ and it takes ages to decide I can have a coffee and it’s not even hot so I have a coffee pod machine as a space invader and can honestly say that was a absolute waste of money.

We have had a Tassimo coffee machine for several year. Due to the complication of recycling their pods, we have bought a bean cup coffee machine. However I have kept the small Tassimo in my office For convenience. However now I realise they no longer recycle through yodel, and that I have to drive to a Tesco 5 miles away, I shall stop using it. Shame on you Tassimo when we are trying to save the planet.

Can’t complain about the delivery service and I love my Kenco Colombian pods, but I can’t excuse the removal of the Podback Yodel return service without consultation or communication of any sort. JDE response to email of complaint empathetic but not indicative of any prospect of a u -turn. Podback customer service totally lacking in empathy. Will , reluctantly , stop using the pods when my current supply runs out.

Awful experience all round.
Never in stock. Terrible delivery if it turns up at all.
Stopped using them but still got bombarded with emails. Unsubscribe doesn’t work and even if you log into your account it doesn’t work.
I have emailed them to try and get my account closed.
Buy an Aeropress instead! So much better!
