Brought milk easy frother thinking I should buy a quantity product instead of a cheap one again. I’ve had it 18month and it stopped working luckily I kept the original box it came in which said it had a 2 year warranty
I checked the fuse first before ringing Lavazza common sense thing I thought but when I rang Lazzava customer services they told checking the fuse invalidated the warranty I think any excuse to get out of a warranty claim
But from reading the reviews here which I should have done first ! they are junk anyway

Broken and unrecyclable - avoid

My 42 month old Lavazza Jolie Coffee machine has broken down after being quite tempermental for a year or so. Lavazza say it can't be repaired or recylced by them. Given the green claims by Lavazza, eg "we believe enjoying coffee shouldn't come at the cost of the planet" it is unacceptable that their products are so unreliable, and unrepairable. I will be trying a different brand from now on.

I order the lavazzo expert espresso…

I order the lavazzo expert espresso becuase i asked their AI interface if that is compatable with the Nespresso orginal machine. It said yes. So i did order it becuase it is stronger than the 12 which is what i usually buy.
Once i got the capsules and i notice it does not fit the nespresso machine. Then i called LAvazzo and they refuse to give me replacement for my coffee, that i was told it should work from their web site. So never listen to their web site and they are just not that friendly. All they said is that they will give me a 20% discount adn dont refund my money for their mistake to tell me to buy the wrong capsules.

I like their coffee but the customer service stinks.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. After being notified by Evri that my package had been delayed, I contacted Lavazza Customer Service. After a week, they had still not contacted the courier to find my package nor have they refunded my money.

Please just buy a machine outright and pods from Amazon!

Trying to use the online platform is abysmal. Forms do not get sent as ‘error’ screen appears. There is NO way of managing your account. Multiple accounts were attributed to my email yet it took months of investigation to realise and stop the additional ones- all the while I was getting sent multiple caseloads of pods. These pods have stacked up and I don’t see how or when I’m even likely to be able to use them all up. Trying to talk to a human at ‘customer service’ is more like ‘we will refuse any requests you make unless it is to spend more money with us’. All I wanted and requested was a delay in the subscription to allow me time for my family to use these pods but u may as well set up a storefront with the amount we have. I DO NOT WANT more. Yet apparently they have no facility to permit this. Atrocious customer service advisors and awful company. I will be setting up a dead card for payments going forward if they continue to force these on me.

Awful delivery and customer service

As many people have said customer service is a disaster. I've been a subscriber for several years but every time I attempt to change my payment method it puts my subscription into an invalid state and cannot get it out of that. Reporting it to customer services doesn't resolve anything as I just get "please be patient" response and weeks later still waiting for a resolution.
Ran out of Lavazza pods so found a different product that can be reliably delivered next day.
Tried to cancel my Lavazza subscription several times online and always fails with an error.
One star is too generous.

Customer service is awful

Customer service is poor when the deliveries are late or lost. EVRI consistently deliver a week or more later than promised, but this time haven't delivered at all. I contacted customer service 3 times and EVRI tracker now says Lavazza have requested the delivery is returned to them. Ive had no response from Lavazza customer services. No coffee pods, no refund of my £54, no apology and no compensation. Im cancelling my subscription of approx 5 years and moving to Nespresso! Update: customer services eventually responded and claimed they could do nothing - I took my refund and wont be purchasing Lavazza products again.

Time’s up Lavazza!

Lavazza coffee pods: I have been consuming their pod coffee since 2016 and up until about month or so the flavours have been reasonably consistent. But lately the taste has so bitter. I thought perhaps it was just me but no all my family have said same. The Lavazza machine was descaled with their (expensive) descaler and a proprietary pod soapy device used when the taste hadn’t changed. I’m of the opinion that Lavazza have gone for a cheaper coffee for their pods since everyone in my family & a few friends have tasted the same bitterness. I’ve also purchased 3 different Lavazza varieties & they’re all bitter with a horribly bitter aftertaste. I’m loathed to buy my forth Lavazza pod machine and even more pods. I think it’s time to say goodbye to Lavazza, period.

Outstanding customer service

Amazing customer service! Monet was amazing. I’ve been sent a replacement water tank of a coffee machine they didn’t sell spare parts for! I’m forever grateful- my mother in law will never know I broke it :/

Fraudulent Company

Garbage company.
Don't know how these cowboys are allowed to keep trading.
Ordered on 9th December from them, evri have told me package has been sent back to them due to incorrect address [which seems to be a common theme), and despite 3 emails, have yet to receive a response. Chargeback sorted with credit card company, but please be warned, and read these reviews before ordering. I wish I had!!

Dead Fly Hot Chocolate

This is not the first time I've found a fly in my drink. The first time, I thought it was a mistake. Now that it's happened again, I have to warn others. The hot chocolate is not safe. I couldn't upload pictures unfortunately.

Awful company

Awful company. My mum got a £1 coffee machine. After finally trying to cancel and being informed it was 7 orders needed I waited, to then be told it was seven AFTER the first (so 8 then). Also the £1 coffee machine took the first order to £50.50 with free delivery, then the next order was £49.50, so like £5 for delivery (luckily I caught on before these scammers got me).
Cancelled a recent subscription and opened a new one. They sent me the old one (cheaper of the two) and have cancelled it. I haven't got the new subscription, but have been charged. I just know this company is hoping I don't notice, because I got an order.

I have a machine and I like their coffee, but my god, these people are vile. Like how hard up are ye for a few extra pounds?

Poor communication and a terrible…

Poor communication and a terrible website that doesn’t save updates. My subscription was cancelled without written notice, then I was asked for full payment even after offering to restart it. Customer service was unhelpful and inflexible throughout. My Mod A MIA Idola machine is also very temperamental — the handle pops up mid-brew, ruining the coffee and wasting pods. Avoid!

Be warned that their "£1 coffee…

Be warned that their "£1 coffee machine" offer is not what it seems. More like £145! I have been a customer of Lavazza for a decade, have bought many machines from them and thousands of pods - I was a big fan. But their offer is misleading.

Frother non stick coating peeled

Disappointed that the non stick coating on my milk frother started peeling in less than 9 months but my experience with customer services was good. Response times were fine and they replaced the unit.

Far superior coffee than the competition!

I've had Nespresso machines for over 15 years. I was in Italy recently and stayed in an apartment that had a Lavazza A Modo Mio Deséa machine. I was so impressed by the quality of the Lavazza coffee so I purchased the Lavazza A Modo Mio Deséa machine when I got back home to London. I've now also purchased the Lavazza Assoluta Bean to Cup machine (on subscription) which is fantastic. I can honestly tell you that these Lavazza coffee machines and the coffee is far superior to Nespresso! If you like coffee and are thinking about buying either a capsule or bean to cup machine (or both, like me) you will not be disappointed with Lavazza.

Awful company - will never use again

Purchased a Lacazza Milk Easy 3 months ago. Often fails to start and has to be moved about on the base several times.

Sent an email to customer Services at Lavazza, what a waste of time! They contacted me and said I had to perform a video meeting while I showed them what the issue was. I pointed out it was intermittent and would prefer to return machine for repair but they state they don't repair machines.

Also keep on about a serial number beginning SN but there is nothing on the base or box that matches this. I've sent pictures of both but they've just ignored that.

They are obviously hoping I will go away and I probably will as its too much hassle for £50 but I will never use this company again.

Awful customer service, good coffee

Terrible customer service. Amazing coffee and reasonable price (compared to competitors brand) BUT…… I’m so so fed up that on a subscription that every time now my card has to be reentered as it says it’s not valid. Only ever had this problem with Lavazza, resulting in having to reenter details and delaying delivery. Then it declines again and I have to call customer service. They make out it’s my problem as they say the amount must have changed! This is rubbish as regularly the same value and even on deleting and reentering details at the end of updating a delivery- it cancels. I love my coffee but seriously thinking of leaving due to all the issues & customer service saying they are still looking into it 18 months down the line & they are extremely unhelpful & on occasion, quite rude !
