Tap Spares UK Omdömen

Bought a pair of ceramic tap washers , and of course , not simple getting the right one .
Fortunately Todd was there to take me through the process of how to select , then how to fit the new ones .
Service was patient and help was at hand to advise till at last , no drips .
Well done great company !!!

A pleasure to do business with a UK company that offers competitive prices and engages in genuine email conversations without waiting for answers for days or suspecting the replies are AI generated. I highly recommend the Franke type drinking water replacement filters available through this company and now won't be buying them anywhere else.

I didn’t know which valve cartridge my dripping tap required but the ‘find my tap’ page directed me to the correct type quickly. Delivery was quick and the parts sorted the problem.

Speedy delivery and a good value as well. Half the price of my previous cartridge too. Good that the website showed tap names. So many seem to just show a universal cartridge and they never seem to fit?

Having spent months with a dripping, noisy kitchen tap and receiving differing advice about correct replacement cartridges, I discovered Tap Spares. The online guide/photos helped me to identify my tap within minutes, the package arrived a few days later and now all is fixed. Easy and brilliant!

Great choice of parts and amazing Customer Service team. A huge thank you to Todd, who helped me out straight away with my enquiry.
Definitely will shop with them again.
Thank you

After many months, putting up with a dripping tap and having been sent the wrong cartridges from another supplier Tap Spares UK were knowledgeable, informative and only willing to help.
Todd was extremely helpful, identifying the taps i had and the replacement cartridges i needed from photographs i emailed to him.
Ordered & delivered within days.
Best customer service ever.

I bought an O ring kit for my tap and when I compared it to the ones on the tap they looked too thin, when I got the O rings off the tap they were the right size. After fitting them the leak stopped. I found the easiest way to get the O rings off the spout was to get a thumbnail under them.

This company is truly excellent! Their availability of spare parts and customer service is exceptional. I was told by a Homeserve plumber that because I had lost flow in my kitchen cold tap and I didn’t know the make of my tap in my new build home, I’d have to replace the whole tap. But Todd and the really helpful team at Tap Spares UK saved me money as they were able to quickly ID my tap and the replacement ceramic cartridge, which was reasonable priced. They had a helpful ‘take a photo’ service and were back to me in minutes. They also went out of their way to give me the instructions manual, should I want to replace the part myself. I am very grateful for the money saved, not impacting the environment by wasting a perfectly fine tap, and most of all the ‘can help/will help’ attitude of this company. I wish every company would have these values!

Absolutely excellent customer service from Tap Spares UK, and after my horrendous experience of very poor customer service this was very refreshing. Todd and his colleagues could not have been more helpful. Support in relation to the required parts needed was clear, precise and even when my ordered parts were initially lost by Royal Mail Todd very quickly sent replacement parts with no grumblings at all. Strongly recommend Tap Spares UK.

Despite the fact that I’d only be spending about £10 on a set of spout washers for a kitchen tap, Todd was very responsive, asked questions that helped him confirm the right washers and went out of his way to help. Best customer service ever. And the tap ID section of the website is a joy to behold!

Todd was extremely helpful and this company has an excellent after sales service.
Todd was quick to respond, thoughtful, and very understanding.
A really good company who I would definitely recommend and use again.

Tap Spares UK offer an excellent service as well as a good range of spares. My Franke Triflow was leaking and Todd was very helpfull in establishing which model I had and the type of washer/cartridge I needed. He also provided a link with fitting instructions so I didn't need to call a plumber at additional cost to myself. A good company and ask for Todd if you want excellent service.

An efficient and speedy service, most appreciated in view of the need to deal with a leaky tap swiftly. I could not fault this company and would not hesitate to use it again myself or recommend it to others.

Todd was super helpful. Had a leaking boiling water tap..he helped to diagnose the issue, sourced/ordered the parts - very quick, efficient and good price. Highly recommend...thanks so much

Brilliant - Tap Spares have got it all sorted! Easy use website and tap spare selection and clear fitting instructions.

Fantastic service. Ordered the spare tap parts I required and were despatched same day.
Arrived two days later as stated. Fitted parts and solved the problem.
Thank you for the exceptional service.

Customer care par excellence. The website is informative in terms of spares suitability but I was unsure of the age of the particular Franke model which needed replacement. A question raised was answered within 24 hours. Could not have asked for more.
